Cottage holiday rentals in Vieira do Minho

This house is in the most STUNNING location with AMAZING views. We arrived early hours and Tiago was more than helpful at this time. We were told of the house’s rich religious history which is reflected in the artwork and decor of the house. 7 of us stayed for 8 days 2 couples and 3 teens More than enough space for everyone to have their own privacy and more than enough room for 10 people. The grounds had fig, Apple and lemon trees which we were told we are more than welcome to use. Aldi and Lidl were a 15 minute drive (we rented a car) which was perfect for evening barbecues (huge wood oven outside as well as small grills) The pool was stunning, we spent most days in there from morning till night. It’s a great size and easy to shade with umbrellas if needed. We left our inflatables there for the next person, which someone had also done before we arrived, which was a nice touch. We can’t thank Tiago enough for an amazing 8days. Will defo visit again

The space is very beautiful and huge. We love everything! The house has many rooms, everything is quite spacious and it is much larger than it looks in the photographs. We had a barbecue, cooked and had everything we needed at our disposal. We had an excellent weekend with family and friends and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful house, amazing private location above a lake. Very relaxing being immersed in nature. House well kitted out and lovely features. We took our paddleboard and wonderful paddle boarding on the lake. Children loved the swimming and the ‘cold tub’ plunge pool. Thankyou Gerrit and Grace, we hope to return.

The stay at Leonor's place was great. The house is airosa and well equipped, in a very quiet place, matches the description. Having a nice private pool during the hot days of August, overlooking the sunset, was a great experience. Leonor and her husband are very considerate and helpful hosts. We spent very quiet days as a family at Leonor's house, I recommend!

Very nice house, in a green setting, quiet, with a huge terrace and a magnificent view. If the equipment of the house is very old, it remains comfortable and well maintained. Very easy and responsive communication when needed.

Happy stay, the house is beautiful and clean. Pool is very good with sun loungers. Fruit trees and a river. The house offers very fun board games for kids, so it makes the house great for bringing kids.

Fernando is a super kind host and we loved the apartment with the great view over the valley. Everything was clean and tidy. Another highlight are the hollywood swings. Perfect for couples.

The house is great, well equipped and super well located. Spacious and with all the equipment needed for a short or long stay. Everything was clean and organized. We spent the weekend and have nothing but compliments. The check-in was great too, we were going to arrive later and we were provided with a self check-in. I highly recommend it!

Amazing location and the space is quite reliable with the photos and the listing ! We like it very much and recommend it. The only issue that surprised in a less positive way, the pool being shared with other houses.

We really enjoyed our stay in the stone house in Monte Corvo. The apartment exudes character, with a lot of natural stone and an authentic, warm atmosphere. The area is beautiful - hilly, green and full of fun excursions and hiking opportunities. The driveway to the house is quite steep, which demands a bit from your car, but fortunately you can also park along the road without problems. Definitely something to take into account upon arrival. Our hostess was friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome right away. All in all, a wonderful place to stay for those who love nature, tranquility and beautiful views.

Margarida’s place was the perfect escape! So close to amazing swimming spots, waterfalls and hikes. The house was exactly as advertised, clean and homey. Would 100% visit again given the chance.
