Cottage holiday rentals in Victoria Beach

We have stayed in this community many MANY times. I will say this.... You can't beat the location! The views and accessability to the beach, pool, parking was phenomenal! The beach toys and extra fans were great! The artwork in the unit was awesome and the owners brought a new table for the patio that was really nice! On the other hand.... this not the most updated condo, not the best equipt kitchen, and not the comfiest beds we have ever had in this community. For the extra money we would likely choose another unit next time.

Ashlee’s place was exactly what we needed to spend the holidays with our family in Laguna Niguel! The location was prefect, her place was comfortable and beautifully decorated.

The location was beautiful! The kids had fun visiting and feeding the farm animals. The glass (chickens) were very kind and provided us with delicious eggs. The host cared about our comfort and went out of their way to respond to our questions and needs. Being able to enjoy fresh citrus every day was a great plus!

Absolutely loved our stay at Pennys place. Hopefully we’re blessed enough to be able to stay again. Stunning views and perfectly peaceful!!!! 10/10 recommend

Beautiful area, amazing house to stay in. Very private and the animals were so fun to see. The air conditioning worked so well, all the appliances, TV and hot water/shower were great. Her instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Was able to reference them when I needed. Driving to the house was harder than I expected…the road became one way and ran into an opposite coming car that made it difficult for us to move around each other. Overall it was a unique experience!! Loved hearing the animals and peacocks!! Would stay again and would recommend!

We had the BEST time at Chase’s place. We loved the island itself, but felt very lucky to find such a fun and personable place that was full of character and wonderful amenities. We loved the hot tub, the beach items, the games, the office capabilities, the yoga items, the great water pressure, and on and on. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Chase!

Jaime and Liz’s Airbnb is a tremendous location and getaway for anybody who enjoys proximity and a view of the Pacific Ocean in Laguna Niguel. Their description is spot-on accurate. They are also wonderful owners and very accommodating. We will definitely return.

John’s place was absolutely fantastic! We really loved our stay, and would come again without question! It was walkable to everything downtown Laguna has to offer, close walk to the beach, but it was really quite just what we were looking for. We had my baby with us, and they had a pack and play that looked new. The kitchen had everything you could think of for cooking up a great meal, the house was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the patio space was private and lovely to lounge in. We really enjoyed the zen tub that was in their little bath house out in the back. Super private, they did a great job with it, It feels “spa like” in there. All in all a great experience!

Super nice and super clean place to stay. Exactly as described. Questions and requests were immediately addressed. (We needed a 3rd chair, it was brought directly on request.) Super friendly. Only the neighbor's dogs are pretty loud. If we come to Los Angeles again, we will come directly again

Cute little house in Balboa island. Great location. Close to main street with shops & food. Dog friendly, although we decided not to bring our dog. I truly appreciate airbnbs that allow dogs. Of note: there is quite a bit of construction one street over. Road is closed and this house is located on the detour route. Although temporary, was noisy & busy at times. Also, the one bathroom is located downstairs. We didnt mind, but keep in mind if use restroom frequently at night (bedrooms are upstairs).

Very beautiful place nice and peaceful my Girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay very comfortable bed and an amazing shower and bath room very comfy and cozy home and Mary was a amazing host thank you so much for the beautiful home away from home experience I would highly recommend this place to any one if you are thinking about booking with Mary and this Gorgeous cottage absolutely do it you won't regret it

This little cottage was such a delightful surprise. Located in a very convenient location near the spectacular Laguna Beach cliff walk, and near lots of fabulous restaurants, and yet off the busy road in a little secluded spot that included a parking spot. Cynthia was always immediately responsive to any questions, and accommodating for our request to leave our car for a few hours while we joined family for a late brunch. The property was a bit tricky to find, but maybe because we were unfamiliar with the area. We have family with a new baby expected nearby so will recommend this lovely little spot for family coming to visit from the East Coast. Beds were comfortable, bathroom spacious and spotless, plenty of extra towels, and a well-equipped kitchen. Will definitely book again should we return to the area.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything matched the description and very clear instructions. Location was great, parking is always hard to find in Laguna so being able to get the Trolley from right outside was so convenient and nice to get around. It is on PCH so you do hear cars at night which we didn’t mind, we were still able to sleep with no issues. One thing to keep in mind is because there is no AC, the place does get really warm. We thought we would be fine because the weather wasn’t too bad but we came back to it being really stuffy. We had to open the windows to let the fresh breeze and it was okay after that. Overall loved the place and location, definitely recommend for anyone staying in Laguna Beach!

this place was perfect! super close to the beach and a beautiful view from the porch! the neighbors are super friendly. the place was very clean when we got there and check in/out was very simple and easy. there’s so much you can do that’s in walking distance. definitely will stay here again next time we visit california!

Very cute little rustic place off the beaten path. Enjoyed the evenings on the deck. Beautiful views. Our dogs loved chasing the birds and the lizards.

Great place! Very cozy and homey, located right next to the main area with all the restaurants and shops. Michael was very kind to let us check in a couple hours early, and Amber was very nice and helpful with making sure we were settled in. Check out was easy too. Thank you!!!

The Captain’s Cottage was a very cozy stay for me and my partner. We really appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms. They made sure we had their contact information and to let them know if we needed anything. The price was very reasonable and I could recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this Newport Beach gem. Our hosts were so welcoming. Drew saved us a parking spot and Holly came over for a visit and nice conversation. We felt so at home. Holly and my husband even tag-teamed to save an orphaned baby opossum on our last morning there. And Holly quickly answered a frantic call from me when I thought I’d left my wallet at the house & was at the airport, in line to check my bag. She stayed on the phone with me while she went to the house where she and the cleaners searched everywhere. My husband ultimately found it in the butt of some packed jeans, but Holly was so calming. I appreciated it so much! It was so sisterly! As for the house, it is in a great location and is walkable to so much! Great location! And clean, clean, clean.

Beautiful cottage on the canal in Newport Beach. The house is really lovely and well-decorated and stocked. Fantastic location near restaurants, shopping and the beach. Jan and Kurt were the nicest hosts - very accommodating and exceptionally communicative. We always had a prompt response from them when we had questions and when we asked about some adjustments to our travel plans on check out day. Would give it a 5 out of 5, highly recommend, and would love to come back and stay again! Perfect for two couples.

The Crows Nest met all my expectations and then some. The condo had everything we could ever need for a short trip, and the location was ideal. We were only in town for the weekend for a friend's wedding, but I will absolutely save Alicia's place for future trips.

I found this place after an extensive search for a reasonably priced rental that was near the water and also accommodating to my party of 3. The cottage itself is quite nice and very clean, with comfortable furnishings, and a great location. Ken and Bri are very gracious hosts, communicating with them was very easy and they made sure my daughters and I were comfortable throughout our short, but wonderful stay. I think this is one of the most pleasant AirBNB stays I have had over the years. Definitely going to keep this one for future rentals!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach, which made everything so easy with our toddler. Judy really thought of everything: from bedside chargers with USB ports to extra towels, bedding, and a full set of beach gear. The space was clean, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked. Our toddler especially loved the adjustable play furniture such a thoughtful touch! We’d absolutely stay here again.

The cottage was very cute and cozy. It was extremely clean! It was a great home-base for our adventures to Disneyland, the Queen Mary, and Hollywood. It was also convenient to local restaurants.
