Beach house holiday rentals in Victoria Beach

Amazing! Spent the week with family and we absolutely loved the house. The location is wonderful! It had everything we needed! We will be booking again for a future visit.

We loved our stay here. The house is so close to the beach and to lots of shopping in Newport Beach. Our family was very happy with the space. We liked the large kitchen. We especially appreciated that there were beach supplies available. It made a big difference to us because we drove there and didn't have room in the car for all the beach chairs and an umbrella. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for families. Tons of beach gear - and it’s legitimately a minute walk to the beach. The pictures don’t fully show how the home is laid out - it’s three floors perfect for a family set up. Bottom floor is the kitchen and a bonus kids room. Second floor has all of the rooms. And third floor is a perfect hang out space for the family. Tons of room and a nice balcony. Also it was easy for my door dash drivers to find us. And when we had problems at the stay - they responded quickly.

We enjoyed our time here, the view was spectacular, enjoyed watching some people surfing and fishing in the mornings with our coffee, there was real good food options not far from the house although we didn’t really leave since we were able to cook all our food . Thank you Chris for your hospitality definitely booking here again !

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Loved the location on the peninsula. We were able to walk to the beach, to restaurants and really enjoyed being able to use the rooftop deck. Beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very helpful also to have the garage for our car and e-bikes since parking is such a challenge in that area. Appreciated our host being available for any questions on arrival and throughout our stay. Hope to visit again!

Great place to stay for our Beach/Disney vacation. Just a block from the beach and 25 minutes to the parks. And everyone at HappiTravels was helpful— answered our questions and were there when we called.

My very large family and I absolutely loved staying here. We were in town for a wedding and it was truly the perfect location to host our gaggle of people. Several bedrooms, lots of gathering space, and a great backyard with a pool and hot tub that got lots of use! Cynthia was also an extremely accommodating host - with so many people we ended up with a few different requests, and she was quick and easy to communicate with about everything! We would 100% stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The house is beautiful, clean, and cozy—exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet very convenient and close to everything we needed. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions and a smart lock system that made everything easy. The host, Lee, was incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the extra touches like complimentary coffee and well-stocked toiletries. The pool was a highlight for our family—our kids had so much fun! The house was also spacious enough to accommodate our luggage and gave us a real sense of comfort, just like home. We had a great stay! The house is very spacious and had all the basics we needed. I loved having enough room and closet space to totally unpack my clothes! It was wonderful to be walking distance to the beach as well as shops and restaurants, and just a short drive away from Downtown. I appreciated that there were also kid-friendly touches like plastic cups and plates, and our seven year old daughter loved the pool.

Enjoyed our stay at The Bright House! Loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was, and how close it is to the beach and great shopping and restaurants.

We feel honored to had the pleasure to stay at Chris beautiful Airbnb! We enjoyed every second of our stay and felt like locals. Everything was just as described and even better. I am a big flower and bird lover and got plenty of hummingbird sightings. We will be back!

We stayed here for our spring break with my 6 kids. Ages 23-5. We are not partiers just a family get away to relax and cook together. We booked this place based on the pool and it was worth it for us. The previous reviews were alarming about quiet hrs and it being strict but we had no problem and stayed in the pool till 945 at night. I did tell me younger 3 kids to be quiet at night to be respectful and they were for the most part but definitely got loud with their voice a few times. Great house no complaints beds were very comfy!

This Seal Beach house was a fantastic spot for my family’s vacation. We loved the vibe of the house and our kids loved the pool. The outdoor furniture was great, we spent most of our time outside enjoying the perfect weather. Everything in Seal Beach is walkable. Park the car and enjoy. Sue, the host was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this house.

We had a great time on Balboa Island- the place was comfortable and clean, and the host was very easy to communicate with.

We had such a nice get away at Deanna's home in Dana Point. We stay in the area often and would love to stay there again. It was by far one of the cleanest Airbnb/Vrbo stays we have ever had. It was so quiet and the location was unbeatable. Plenty of walkable restaurants as well as Doheny beach. The back yard was perfect for the dogs and the doggy door made it much easier too. Thank you Deanna!!

I loved the ceilings in the cottage and all the arches were outstanding! It’s much bigger in person than the pictures! We loved our little backyard patio it was so peaceful and charming and cozy! We enjoyed it greatly! The gardens that you walk by to get to your cottage are all really well maintained and green and beautiful! The heaters worked really well! Sean was super on it and helpful with checking in to the cottage and how to get in and out of the cottage! We would love to come back again! There are tennis courts that are close by as well! The neighborhood was really quiet and beautiful, and you could see the ocean and hear the ocean waves! We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks again to Sean and the cleaning crew!

Had a great time staying here, house was exactly as described. Robert was very friendly, we appreciated the hospitality and amenities he provided. House is great location, we walked to dinner every night.

Our stay was great. Beautiful home and beautiful views. We went with two other families and each family basically had their own floor which worked out perfect. Would highly recommend!

This place was an absolute dream, a perfect mix of mid-century style and peaceful zen vibes. We immediately fell in love with the private relaxing backyard and water feature. We spent so much time on the wraparound deck just soaking in the ocean view. It was exactly like the photos, maybe even better, and in the perfect location! We could easily walk to the beach and grab dinner at nearby restaurants. Margo was a fantastic host. She met us at the home and showed us around, which made everything feel super welcoming and easy from the start. You can tell she really cares about the guest experience. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. And without a doubt, we’ll be booking again the next time we’re in the area!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect and the layout of the house worked great for our family. Although we only got to enjoy a few nights here, we would definitely want to stay again on our next trip. Everything in the house was great and we loved the fire pit outside in the evenings. The house was very clean and the gate at the driveway made it easy for the kids to play outside without having to worry about passing traffic. Can’t recommend this place enough! We look forward to staying again in the future.
