"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

On the first floor is situated the private pool, from which you can enjoy the peace in the middle of the woods. At ground floor there is kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and laundry. 1st floor: one master bedroom with queen size bed and 1 bathroom with jacuzzi. 2nd floor: 1 master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, 1 bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom.
