Delightful and characteristic apartment in the town center. Well furnished and tastefully finished, at an extremely competitive price. A big thank you to Claudia, Lorenza's mom, who is always kind and there for us whenever we need her. In essence: If you are looking for an apartment to feel good in, in a small and delightful village, where the people you meet greet you and some even stop to chat with you. If you are looking for a friendly and helpful host, who stops to introduce you to the other people of the village when you meet them along the way, also telling you fragments of the history of that village. If you are looking for a place where time really slows down and where you can enjoy great food, without spending crazy amounts (if you don't want to stay at home and cook, which is possible because the apartment has everything). If you are looking for this and much more, you can't go wrong by booking this apartment.

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly welcomed. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host, with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

We enjoyed 4 magical days in Gloria's beautiful home. The gardens are exceptional and there are so many lovely spaces to enjoy the view! Would highly recommend to any future travellers. We met both Francesco and Gloria and they couldn't have been more helpful!

Beautiful accommodation in a splendid location! A caring and very kind host! The bedding is super comfortable and the accommodation is as shown in the photos. Breakfast is awesome! You can go there without a second thought!

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

The listing of the accommodation does not reflect the beautiful landscape of the accommodation! There are countless hidden spots in the garden where you can relax. We liked the daily bike ride to Lucca with the bikes provided by Anita the most. Call me by your name scenes in real life! Also great was the proximity to the beach Marina di Vecchiano, which is considered an insider tip compared to the crowded beaches near Viareggio. The accommodation's grill is perfect for a cozy barbecue when you've had enough of pizza and pasta. The kitchen is fully sufficient to conjure up any dish at lunchtime. There is also a dartboard, which is a great way to spend the afternoons. The only disadvantages for us were: Unfortunately, the pool was a bit low at 1.10m. The area has a slight mosquito infestation, and Anita provided us with material to counteract this. All in all, a wonderful accommodation!!

The place I would take to any travel with me. Homey, modern but still local, with minimal but just right equipment, clean. 15 min walk to the city center and 18 min walk to the central railway station.

If Lorenzo's place is available, just book it. You couldn't be more centrally located. Everything in Florence is walking distance from the unit. The view of the Duomo from the main room is stunning. The stairs can be a little tough if you have heavy luggage but the elevator helps a lot. The air conditioning in the unit is also top notch. It was very hot during our stay and walking back in to the cold unit felt great. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

Nice apartment with a great location in a quiet and safe housing complex with private parking in the basement. The apartment is within the city walls, so there is a short walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and attractions. Super good and helpful host who responded immediately and who did everything to make sure we had a good stay!

Teresa and her husband are very friendly and discreet. The accommodation is very comfortable, very clean and located in a very quiet area. Area is beautiful. We'll be happy to go back to Teresa.

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Perfect location close to major ‘tourist’ attractions such as the Duomo, Baptistery, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. Also walkable to other major Piazza’s, museums, the Boboli gardens and Firenze SMN train station. Surrounded by some of the best trattorias, gelaterias and sandwich shops. Monica is very attentive to her guests and makes check-in and check-out smooth and easy! The space is exactly as listed and incredibly clean and well kept and contains all the essentials. If we are ever back in Florence we hope to stay with Monica again!

Giulia was really responsive and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was lovely, very clean and we settled in very quickly! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pisa!

Pietro is a wonderful host. Collected us from the Airport , arranged a taxi when we left. gave lots of useful recommendations. the apartment was super clean and comfortable. It's on a busy road, so don't expect it to be quiet! Great views from the outdoor seating balcony space. we had a great time in Pisa 😁

We had a quick stop in Pisa so Pauline’s place was perfect. Good walk from train station and to the Tower. Pizzeria just across from the outside door was spectacular. Very friendly and close when you are just beat from a day of travel. Pauline’s apartment was clean and ready for us. AC was great for the little heat wave we had. Slept great. All impeccable! Extremely kind and helpful owner: she anticipated the check-in by a few hours and allowed us to stay beyond the check-out time. He welcomed us in front of the apartment, showing us the house and giving us excellent advice for visiting the area. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything: utensils, plates, oil, salt, coffee... it had everything! Spacious apartment, large balcony and very cozy! I will recommend this solution to all those who pass through Poggibonsi!

A perfect stay in Florence. Mattia’s house is not only perfectly located with an amazing terrace but so welcoming with lovely relaxing spaces with incredible views , extremely comfortable beds, and attention to all those small details that make a stay special. We throughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend to others.

Eugenia was a wonderful host - she went above and beyond to help us with our car parking. She gave a brief and welcoming orientation to the property and made us feel very welcome. I was visiting for a conference and my fiancée felt safe in the area when she was alone and very secure in the property. If you are traveling to Florence I recommend trying to avoid bringing a car - the city is better done on foot, but there are some parking garages nearby for 30-40€/ day if, like us, you arrived by car. Wonderful stay, cute apartment, great area. Enjoy!

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.
