The place is very clean. The person at all times was very friendly and polite. There was salt, oil, in general everything was very well equipped. The environment is very quiet, with access to the pool, which is quite private. We didn't have any problems with the water in the apartment. There is Wifi and a smart TV. You need to arrive by taxi, it is already in a hill. It is also recommended to arrive with food, however there is a business about 10 minutes walking, close to the place.

Great stay, pleasant atmosphere and excellent hosts. The place is exquisite to disconnect, it is minutes from the Punta de Lobos beach and several places to eat.

Excellent hosts. The place was cozy and quiet, ideal for resting and disconnecting. There were books in case you wanted to read and a common space area. Mireya and her husband were always very friendly and helpful, providing very helpful information and were always willing to help in the face of any queries. We would definitely return delighted.

Beautiful place, beautiful house, attentive and friendly host, flexibility at check-in and check-out. We had a great weekend at Claudio's lakefront house! It has all the necessary amenities and more. The jacuzzi is extremely relaxing, the pool is large, the beds are of good quality, the house is beautiful and the plot has many spaces to share with family or friends. Extremely recommended if it is a large group that wants to have a good time and relax. There are minimarkets nearby to be able to stock up if needed and the caretaker of the house is super friendly. The house is very large and comfortable for 6 people, I dare say that up to 7 they are fine. Everything works smoothly, the beds are comfortable, there are many blankets, there is hot water, all the necessary implements in the kitchen, the fireplace also works perfect and the house is in a relatively central place (about 20 min walking). The only low point, is that the patio and gardener were not very well cared for, so it looked tired of maleza and many spider webs outside the house.
