Waterfront holiday rentals in Vézère

We really enjoyed our stay in le bugue. Emmanuelle and Scott are absolutely amazing hosts. They are so so helpful. They recommended some beautiful restaurants and would help us whenever needed. The accommodation is in a great location. It overlooks a beautiful river. It has access to a lovely garden. Would give this 20/10 if could. Would highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay at this location. The hosts could not have been more welcoming including cookies for our boys after a long journey. We were blown away by the panoramique villa so requested a change to this villa which was accommodated in a wonderful friendly way. The pool was fantastic and safe for our children. A playground was there as well which kids loved. All cleaning and bins etc were managed by the hosts so we felt like it was a real holiday and able to leave relaxed. The area is beautiful. Peaceful French village but with restaurants, cafe, market hall and river side area. In walking distance for our 3 year old, with promise of ice cream! So much to do for children in the area - caves, Lascaux, lake swimming. The local museum is incredible with a lovely free experience attached. I cannot recommend this air bnb, hosts and area enough. We would love to return!

Le logement est moderne, propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé avec une bonne literie. La terrasse est très agréable surtout pour petit déjeuner au soleil. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, chaleureux et discrets. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour découvrir la région et ensuite pouvoir rentrer se ressourcer au calme. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Appartement bien isolé du reste de la maison. C'est très calme et paisible. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement.

Excellent séjour dans ce gîte bien nommé ! Il y a d’autres espaces loués autour mais tout est fait pour avoir une intimité. Il y a une pergola en plus du parasol pour ombrager la terrasse. La piscine est très agréable : eau chaude pour se rincer ! La cascade tout à côté est magnifique. Le bruit de l’eau et le petit ponton privatif au-dessus de la Beune est un plus. L’endroit est idéalement situé : boulangerie à 2 min à pieds, restaurants, musées et marchés accessibles à pieds également. L’hôte est très réactif et sympathique, nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis. Encore merci pour cette très très belle semaine. Je recommande vivement !

Le logement était sale. On nous propose de repasser le lendemain de notre arrivée, nous acceptions pour 10h. Personne n’est venu faire le ménage, nous avons attendu pour rien. Le logement vraiment pas propre. Très décevant.

Très bon séjour chez Pat et Geoff, je recommande. Bon rapport qualité prix et literie confortable.

Hôte très gentil, accueillant et disponible. Gite agréable avec le petit cours d'eau derrière la maison. Endroit paisible. Le propriétaire du gîte tient aussi l'auberge d'en face, on y mange très bien et un bon rapport qualite/prix. Avec ma famille, nous avons passé une agréable semaine, avec un temps sublime. L'hôte, nous a bien conseillé sur les sites à voir. Région à découvrir.

Cadre magnifique, encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos ! Alexandre est un hôte très accueillant et réactif. Nous avons bien profité du jacuzzi et du calme. Le salon est aussi très agréable. Faites-vous préciser l'équipement fonctionnel (exemple : 2 fours et 1 lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnent pas bien). Je recommande.

We stayed here for a week and it was fantastic! The space, the land, the snooker room…everything was perfect! Would highly recommend!! We will be back!!!

From the moment we opened the door of our car, we fell in love. The house is very charming and surroundings absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful and relaxing. Our son loved the wildlife and was constantly on the lookout for new bugs, birds, and lizards. The loirs was no doubt his favorites. Our daughter spent a lot of time in the pool, which was bigger than expected and very nice. We had parents and inlaws coming to visit, a total of 8 at the most. We were very comfortable in the house, if you needed some time alone there was always possible to find a quiet spot inside or outside. We found it as a good base for daytrips in the region, there is a lot to see and do, but need a car. We have been to many places around the world, having an international family, and it is the first time we have been really sad to leave. (Even the kids that was looking forward to Disneyland). Abigail has been a great host, quick replies and very helpful. Many thanks again for letting us live in in your beautiful house.
