Villa holiday rentals in Vézère

We came to visit Périgueux and its surroundings, and we were pampered by Isabelle and Jean-Paul during our stay. The accommodation is ideally located, 2 steps from the bike path, and close to shops (7 min by bike along the bike path for products coming directly from producers, pharmacy, bakery...). The accommodation is simple, spacious and pleasant to live in for 2, in a wooded setting. Our bodies (shoulders, back, neck, etc.) thank you for the great sophrology session we had after a few days of cycling. Even if a personal incident came to disrupt us, we left without any issues, and with a desire to return as soon as possible.

Exceptional! We had a very pleasant stay with the family. The interior and the exterior were very suited to our expectations and even beyond ;) Activities and places to visit nearby... Thank you Bertrand!

Pascal's welcome was warm. Beautiful house in an enchanting setting. Beautiful volumes, a living room with large bay windows allowing you to enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. Very nice terrace. The weather did not allow us to enjoy the beautiful pool... The nearby store "La ferme de Vialard" sells good quality local products. We liked the restaurant l'Entrepote in Sarlat. Get ready for a dream stay in this beautiful region.

This fabulous old manoir has been so beautifully renovated! It still very much holds it's original charm, while there is everything available you could need for a family holiday. They seem to have thought of everything! We had a magnificent week looking out onto spring blossoms and green pastures. Our children had the best time in the heated pool and playing ping- pong. Fabienne welcomed us and was very helpful and available locally. Guillaume is a friendly and responsive host who made the whole booking process very efficient. Many thanks for this fantastic holiday. Obviously we would love to come back!

Great stay in an beautiful city

We had an amazing time at this beautiful house. The house and amenities were great and all the hosts were very helpful. The outside facilities were incredible and we loved the location. We didn’t know if the reviews could live up to the hype but the property actually surpassed our expectations. We will definitely be going back. Everyone we met was lovely and very helpful. There is so much to do in the surrounding area and the restaurant Doma which is only 5 mins drive away was brilliant. Thank you for an amazing experience - it will be remembered!

Beautiful house and pool gite. Everything that you needed inside amd outside the house plus lots of extras, like dishwasher tablets. Beautiful surrounding area and great local town (Lalinde) with good restaurants and cafes. There was a market on Thursday which was good. Great host who was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Would love to come and stay again next year.

We had such an amazing stay at Cassandra's beautiful chateau!!! Fantastic space with gym and beautiful gardens and so peaceful. Such a magical region. Cassandra and her housekeeper Martina were amazing and very helpful. Our entire stay felt like we were in a fairy tale. :) Would definitely come back!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! It is superbly equipped and had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space is great: beautifully maintained and very private and the river views are stunning. The pool was perfect for our three teens and they also appreciated the access to Netflix. The location is great as you can walk to nearby shops and restaurants and are an easy drive from multiple local attractions.

We had a great time with the family. The house corresponds in every way to the description: very spacious, well-equipped and ideally located in a quiet environment. The large heated pool was a real plus that we all loved. Thierry showed great availability and real attention throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this listing!!!

We were very well received at the Léonce Blanc house. We had a great time. The property is splendid. The house, refurbished, is very clean and neat, very functional and very well equipped. The park is gorgeous and very well maintained. The pool is very nice and has a very convenient and comfortable pool house. We will be back!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful this place is. It is bigger and grander than it looks in the photos and the view is stunning! It has lots of gorgeous bedrooms and we enjoyed having big meals in the dining room. The house is located on top of a hill with a view of the Dordogne River and very close to beautiful villages, caves, and nature.

fantastic place.. kids 11,9,5 loved trampoline, ropes course, swing and heated pool (which is alarmed so provided peace of mind) steep stairs to 2 bedrooms on lower floor where older kids slept. 5yr old and us slept in two bedrooms on ground floor with kitchen, lounge, dining etc. BBQs every day by pool. very private yet 5 min bike ride into village (although hill on way back - our 5 year old managed it but had to walk). great sports park in town with pump track, football pitches, tennis courts, basketball and crazy golf (all free but take equipment) and pop up bar! kids insisted on going back daily! good kid friendly pizza restaurant, pharmacy, bank, post office, minimarket amazing boulangerie, market with local produce on Mondays all in town. recommend flat traffic free cycle ride from Le Bugue to Limeuil (6km) on velo verte along valzere river (fab market on Tuesday in le Bugue). also amazing day kayaking down Dordogne (aquafun in limeuil) host v responsive and place immacate

What a fabulous find in the peaceful and beautiful area of Bouzic. A really well appointed home with everything you need for a great stay. The home is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is really well appointed with everything you need for a family or couples stay. Pool side is lovely. A great space to relax overlooking the well maintained garden and countryside. Amanda was a great host. Always responsive to questions and available when needed. Overall one of the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The photos do not do the home justice. Thanks again Amanda.

Alison’s and Andre’s jewel in beautiful Dordogne valley is the absolute winner when booking the perfect peaceful place to holiday in France. You can take a walk in nearby village or walk In nearby Forrest. Stargazing at the private pool, visit Limeuil to kayak the river. Or just take a deep breath in peaceful and relaxing nature while getting some tan after a swim in the pool. Alison and Andre are super friendly always happy to chat or check if you are ok. Super hosts. And not to forget the four legged Johnny the dog and two cats. Johnny will definitely steel your heart. If you are lucky like us, Alison and Andre will let you to take him for a walk. After pool, time with Jonny was our daughter second favourite thing!! There are so many great things to do or place to visit. So Looking back at our holiday photos, we were again lucky and we need to say - A bientot belle France and thank you Alison, Andre and Johnny for beautiful memories.

Very nice house, inside and outside. Very spacious, bright, well furnished and equipped. Completely matches the photos. We had a very pleasant week at Patricia's. Only small downside, the dog that barks early in the morning.

Simply the perfect Airbnb experience! Nadyne's unbelievable rural villa was even better than we expected from the photos. Nadyne and her husband were super flexible and understanding at check in as we got held up by traffic so arrived a little late. They immediately made us feel right at home with a perfect balance of instructions where needed but also an immediate sense of trust to let us discover their incredible place by ourselves. We are a family of 4 and the villa felt HUGE. Highlights were the multiple terraces to enjoy sun or shade any time of day, the fabulous heated pool, the enormous garden and many, many activities for us to enjoy, table tennis, football goals, pool table room. We even flew a kite and set up a garden triathlon the grounds are so big! The village itself was small and quiet as we expected but has a good shop, boulangerie, and 2 restaurants. There is plenty to do nearby by car or bike on a day trip. 100% recommend / advise to anyone. Thank you Nadyne!

We spent 10 wonderful days at Françoise's house and enjoyed every minute of it. We had the perfect family holiday break in her cosy country house. The calm and peaceful surroundings made it even more magical — it was so quiet that we could spot rabbits and deer in the garden! It was the perfect place to start exploring the beautiful Vallée de la Vézère. Françoise was incredibly helpful and a thoughtful host, which made our stay even more special. We felt completely at home and recharged our batteries in this little haven. We can only recommend staying there. Again, thank you so much for this unforgettable stay! 🫶🏻

Beautiful house, superbly equipped and ideally located, quiet but close to everything. The superb pool and air conditioning were real pluses in this hot weather. Jessica is very responsive, and gave us some great tips for discovering the region. We recommend it without hesitating.
