Welcome to our cozy studio apartment, in the basement of our 150-year old home in Sarlat-la-Canéda. We live here since 2022 and we have fully renovated and refurnished the apartment, including a comfortable queen size boxspring bed. The apartment has a private entrance and a large garden with panoramic views over the city. We are at just 5 minutes driving or 15 minutes walking distance from the medieval city center and in close proximity of all sights and attractions in the Perigord noir.

This apartment is conveniently located close to shops, green walking paths and offers quick access to the highway. I live just above the rental space, which ensures availability if needed. You will also be a few miles from must-see sights such as Collonges-la-Rouge, Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac, Lascaux, as well as several castles and other tourist attractions not to be missed before leaving the area.
