Beautiful large character house with 2 lounges, excellent kitchen, modern bathrooms. Great garden with views across the valley. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Great for our big family. Too bad there's not a bathroom in the living area: you have to go to a bedroom. Also, it's a 20min drive to go shopping. We went beginning October and it rained practically every day.

Marion and Damien are very pleasant and friendly hosts. Damien welcomed us, a warm welcome. The accommodation is great, identical to the photos, you can find the history of the work that has been done, well done again, it's beautiful. Everything was perfectly clean. The setting is calm and soothing, the Seine and the countryside nearby is super nice and very beautiful. Damien responds very quickly and is attentive to the smallest detail. We will be happy to come back and we have already recommended this place to our family as well. Thank you. See you soon ☺️

Thanks for an excellent stay for me and my family. Your beautiful house and grounds were perfect for our long weekend celebrating Grandma and Grandpa’s 50th wedding anniversary. We are really grateful for everything.

A fantastic place to stay for a group, the private pool is a great hang out spot and we got a lot of use out of the table tennis table. Additionally, the kitchen is very well equipped which allowed us to make large meals and helpful amenities were provided which made our stay ideal.

2nd time we've stayed at Gwennael's, and we're still just as satisfied.

High standing house, fully equipped. Quiet and relaxing place. Absolutely pleasant setting with a very well arranged house whether inside or outside. Fabrice is a host with whom communication is easy and adapts to our requests. I recommend 100%

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

Excellent stay at Pierre and Barbara's cottage. Pierre's welcome was very friendly and warm. His tips (walking around the surroundings, bakery and catering) were perfect. The cottage is very functional and very nicely arranged. The garden is beautiful and soothing. Several places to rest or enjoy the calm and birds. Everything was charming. A true haven of peace as soon as you walk through the gate. The bakery located in front of the property offers 24-hour pizzas via a distributor: excellent! And the baker is very happy to tell us the story of this distributor. Our stay was too short to enjoy Barbara's picnic idea and the bikes available but it will be for another time. We're already talking about coming back, it was so great. Thanks to Pierre and Barbara for the sharing and intention they offer us.

A real gem! Nothing to complain about except the slightly narrow parking space depending on the car. Crazy charm, simple decoration and very good taste, very bucolic. Highly comfortable bedding. A beautiful little backyard. Eva always answered our questions very quickly. We recommend eyes closed ...finally open them anyway because the environment and the cottage are beautiful. We had an amazing weekend at Laurent's house! The entire property is decorated and furnished with great taste, clean and quiet and there are all the necessary amenities for a family weekend. The garden and views from the house are superb, so is the area. Thanks to Laurent for hosting us. Everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful, memorable, weekend at Paule's place. The house is very nice and comfortable. We even had the chance to enjoy the garden all in bloom. A splendor! We'll be happy to go back.

Corrine's place was exactly how she describes it. Cosy and comfortable, perfect to host 4 adults and 2 babies. They went above and beyond, welcoming us with a nice sweet cake and allowing my son to enjoy their garden to stretch and release his energy after a long drive. Our stay was short but we will be happy to come back and discover the beautiful nature surrounding their place.

As others have said, the photos don’t do it justice. This place is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and uncluttered. The light pours in beautifully, with shutters to help at bedtime. The large enclosed grounds were great for my son to explore, and we made use of the ping pong table! Lots of fun in the sun. Comfy beds, warm shower, well equipped kitchen, free parking, all private and peaceful. Loved it. And Alexandre is a great host, very responsive to messages and also very flexible as we arrived a little late and then had to leave a day early (not part of the plan!). Nathalie greeted us and showed us round - a very warm welcome.

The place is absolutely wonderful for a few days in Normandy. Communication with Gerald from the very beginning was very easy and helpful. He answered all our questions, gave us lots of recommendations and even a discount on visiting the castle. The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Quiet, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. One of the best places we stayed in our travels. Highly recommended! Thank you Gerald!

We had a great 1 night stay. This little holiday home had everything we needed and we managed to use the pool in the evening which was much needed after a long day and in the morning to set us refreshed for the last day of our holiday. Honestly, the place is incredible and Laetitia and Norbert are super nice. The holiday home as well as the outdoor area are stunning and we had a private area to have some peaceful dinner with a glass of local cider. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Very welcoming host. Very pleasant and functional accommodation. Veranda welcome to the beautiful days. The village of La Roche Guyon is within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

This place is beautiful, private, and pristine. It is located perfectly for visiting Giverny and Monet's gardens. Afaf greeted us at check in and was delightful, helpful, and generous, providing us with some treats stocked in the kitchen. Staying here was a highlight of our entire trip and we hope to return one day. If it is available for you dates, consider yourself lucky, and book it!
