Andy was a great host, any problems we had he was quick to fix them, house was nice and will definitely stay again if in the area, he respects his guests and their privacy, overall 10/10

love the location of the house. Great spacious back yard where my son could play soccer with his friend. everything was close by. clean. he had lots of games to play in the house also. quick responses if you messaged him. would definitely recommend his place.

House was great. Had a minor issue. Brent and Linda were on it and had it fixed the same day. Great people! The area is nice and quiet.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Gardendale! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and incredibly spacious the house was. It’s honestly huge—plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and feel comfortable. The layout was perfect for our group, with multiple seating areas and a kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals together. Every room was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere throughout. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it was a great location with easy access to Birmingham and surrounding areas. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and they clearly put a lot of care into making sure guests have a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and spacious getaway in the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Courtney’s Airbnb! The house was a cute little spot with everything we needed—and even a dryer, which was a pleasant surprise. A beautiful nest in the trees along one of Birmingham’s most idylls streets. This unexpected mid-century modern treehouse had everything we needed and serenity for days, while still only minutes from downtown’s resources and sites.

Cute little house, matched description perfectly. Can tell that the area is undergoing a restoration and revitalization. Beds super comfy and house was very clean. We enjoyed our stay!!

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Only 10 mins from the airport, this is a super cute apartment at the top of a hill in a private residential area. While the hill is steep, it makes for a very pretty view from the patio area! Most restaurants/bars/shopping are within a 15-min walk or 5 min drive, which allows for convenient outings for those without a car or cheap ride-share options. For an apartment complex, we never heard any of our neighbors, which was nice. Erin was great! She was very nice and accommodating for all our travel needs! My only suggestion is maybe a portable fan, as it can get a little toasty in the bedroom (if you’re anything like us and prefer to be cold when you go to sleep). Thanks for a great stay!

The place looks exactly like the pictures, it was nice and quiet didn’t have any problems with noise as well.only thing we were bummed out about was the pool not being clean. other than that i would definitely book with them again.

Joanna's apartment was great! Beautifully updated and simply decorated. Firm beds, spotless showers and kitchen, comfortable den furniture. perfect for our brief stay for college Orientation.

Great place to stay - steps from downtown. We were able to walk to pepper place which is always a bonus. Clean and for the area its located felt safe being up on the hill.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Roxanne's place! We were passing through on our trip home from Florida, decided we needed a break, and within minutes I messaged Roxanne and she got back with me immediately. We were literally booked and in the townhouse within a matter of a couple of hours. She was extremely accommodating, and assured me the house would be clean and ready to go by the time we arrived. She sent me some restaurant recommendations, and answered my questions within minutes. The house itself was clean and welcoming, and exactly as pictured. The decor was definitely glam chic! The beds were extremely comfortable, and we all felt right at home. There was a stocked coffee station for us in the morning, as well as all of the utensils, kitchen items etc. that we needed. The location was convenient to the interstate and easy to find. 5 stars from us!!

Barbara’s place was a great home base while we were in town for my son’s baseball tournament in Hoover. The space was very clean and the backyard was lovely! We will definitely look to book again next time we are in town.

We moved to the area and were in need of accommodations until our house closed and we could move. This place was perfect. Jenny was extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much. I’m so glad we got to stay here. We were very comfortable during a stressful time. 😊

We had a lovely stay at Suzy's place! We were in Birmingham for almost a week working at UAB, and Suzy's place was the perfect location in proximity to University Blvd. Suzy's place was cozy, had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and was also close to good food and plenty of things to do - we visited the Birmingham Botanical Gardens (the public library there was gorgeous), we climbed all 159 stairs to the top of the Vulcan, and we ate at local Birmingham restaurants every night - Le Fresca (our favorite), Zaza Trattoria, EastWest, and Dreamland BBQ were all great. Overall, I would recommend staying at Suzy's place (and we travel quite a lot). It was a bit difficult to find at first, but Suzy was extremely helpful and came out to help us in.
