Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Chavanna, le gîte est idéalement placé avec une vue remarquable, près du centre-ville et des parcours de randonnées, ainsi que de la route donnant accès aux principaux sommets des Bauges. Linge et serviettes fournis, café et thé/tisanes offerts, beaucoup d'attentions pour se sentir accueillis dès l'installation. Céline est une hôte très réactive et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'une prochaine virée dans cette magnifique région

Julien hat meinem Bruder und mir sein Appartement für einen mehrtägigen Motorradurlaub zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben hervorragend ausgestattet, toll gelegen und dazu ruhig und bietet vollständige Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Julien ist immer freundlich interessiert an unserer Zufriedenheit, sprach hilfreiche Tourempfehlungen aus und kann stets pragmatische Hilfestellung bieten. Diesen Urlaub würde ich komplett genau so wiederholen. Und auch für meinen nächsten Wanderurlaub ist diese wundervolle Region mit Juliens tollem Appartement eine sehr ernst zu nehmende Option! Jederzeit gerne wieder zu Gast bei Julien.

Maison parfaite , et très agréable de se faire accueillir par une personne. Très arrangeante car nous avons change notre horaire d’arrivée.

Wir waren mit vier Leuten zum Gleitschirmfliegen vor Ort. Das Haus ist Brandneu und modern eingerichtet. Annehmlichkeiten wie ein kleines Gastgeschenk, Handtücher oder Gewürze, Kaffee und Spülmaschinen Tabs waren vor Ort. Wir haben uns sowohl wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet! Die eigene Terrasse lädt zum Aussicht auf die Berge genießen bei schönen Wetter ein. Ein Auto sollte aber vorhanden sein; dann erreicht man Albertville in weniger als 10 Minuten.

prima verblijf voor ons meer dan alles aanwezig. We hebben van hier uit een paar prachtige routes gereden door de Alpen. We hebben er goed geslapen, prima bed. Je moet wel van te voren naar de super gaan in het dorp zitten geen voorzieningen. Voor ons was het een toplocatie. Dank je Martine.

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

Excellente localisation pour profiter de cette magnifique région et de toutes les commodités (commerces et location de vélos à deux pas). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce beau logement, spacieux et particulièrement bien équipé. Sandrine est une personne charmante et disponible qui a pris le temps de nous accueillir et de nous donner des conseils pour notre séjour. Il y a tout le matériel bébé à disposition (lit, chaise haute, baignoire) ainsi que des livres et des jouets pour les enfants. Tout est pensé pour se sentir bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Was een prachtig verblijf! Het appartement was heel schoon/netjes en je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Daarbij heb je een mooi uitzicht en zit je in een prachtige omgeving, zeker de moeite waard om heen te gaan!

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem auch die Küche) und sie liegt in einem ruhigen, entspannten Wohngebiet. Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind natürlich super und Nathalie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Annecy und die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt – dieses Airbnb hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur makellos sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch extrem gut ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Sauna und der Jacuzzi – beides absolute Highlights, die unseren Aufenthalt noch entspannter und luxuriöser gemacht haben. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Auch die Lage war ideal – sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dennoch gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Ganz klare Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Lydie place is very homely and well equipped, beautifully decorated, close to Albertville atation but still quiet. Area is safe and with nice shops and bars close by. Lydie was very helpful and oir stay was very pleasant. Totally recommendable.

The most gorgeous location, perfect to stay as a solo traveller. Easy access to beautiful local trails and felt very safe and secure in the property.

C'est un appartement très fonctionnel, joliment arrangé, pratique, propre et agréable. Chantal est aux petits soins pour ses "vacanciers". On a bien entendu envie de revenir, et Albertville est bien situé pour visiter cette belle région! En tous cas, et pour résumer, tout était PARFAIT!

nous avons passé un agréable séjour. stéphanie est une autre très réactive. elle a répondu à nos besoins à n'importe quel moment de la journée même soirée.. une hôte d'une rare réactivité pour que nous puissions profiter pleinement du séjour. le logement était impeccable. Je recommande fortement 😁

Séjour très agréable à Aix les Bains dans l’appartement de Marie Claire. Marie Claire est une hôte très disponible, réactive et sympathique. Le logement est idéalement situé, proximité avec le lac du Bourget et le centre ville. L’appartement est propre et agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Le séjour s'est parfaitement passé. Appartement conforme à la description. Petite résidence calme, grand parking. Nous avons profité de la piscine, pour les golfeurs le practice est accessible à pieds. Élise est très accueillante et réactive.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

La communication a été fluide du début à la fin. Le logement était conforme à la description, propre et très agréable. we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!
