We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location to Oak hills farm. We traveled with kids and the amenities available was very helpful to our stay. Great house to stay overall.

Our family—including me, my wife, our daughter, and our puppy—had a wonderful time. Ginger was very kind and provided detailed information, including how to use the amenities like the swimming pools. The property was clean, cozy, and conveniently located near downtown, where we had a great time exploring. We’d definitely recommend this place to any family and would love to return on our next trip to Galena.

Brian and Jonny were very responsive and communicative from beginning to end. It was a last minute trip and we were lucky to find a pet friendly place during the start of the summer season. The house was clean, cozy and close to walking trails. Although we did not take advantage of the outdoor grill or hot tub (they have a wood burning fireplace for the winter), we enjoyed the screened in porch and open concept layout of the house, as pictured in the profile. The house is situated between two other houses blocked somewhat by the trees. I would describe as semi-private where we could see their back patio/hot tub/fire pit and vice versa. But whatever your personal comfort level, you can’t beat the proximity to trails, Owners Club, and easy access to Hwy 20 to Galena! We enjoyed our stay and exploring!

Had a great time visiting with family. Comfortably fit 6 adults and one child. Stars were beautiful and fun watching the hot air balloons from the porch.

We had such a great time! We took the whole family (10 people) and there was plenty of room. The basement was great for keeping the kids entertained. They were wore out from playing video games, air hockey, basketball, and hot rubbing. The area has beautiful views, and feels very private even though there are houses close buy - which we prefer just in case we would need help. We all wished we could have stayed longer! We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at the cabin for my brother’s bachelor party weekend. We played 2 golf courses, ate at one of the resort restaurants, and went downtown for dinner one night. It’s a 2 minute drive to the courses and 10 minutes to downtown. Great location that sat on one of the par 4s.

We had a wonderful stay! Doreen was always in communication making sure we had everything we needed. Our family of 5 was looking to getaway for a few days and this was a great place for it! The home was clean and cozy with lots of thoughtful touches throughout to make us feel welcome. We got to enjoy the amenities at the club house, and were just close enough to town to enjoy the restaurants and shops. My kids want to come back already!

Had a great time! The house was clean & spacious. The house was far enough away from town to feel secluded! Kevin, the host was very attentive and answered any question I had very quickly. He was also very flexible. We would definitely stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay at Diane's place. She has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into creating a terrific guest experience. The house was very nicely laid out, with a well-equipped kitchen, ample seating, plenty of linens, and comfortable beds. It was also very private, located at the end of a cul de sac. We very much enjoyed the views of the lake, to include from the deck and outdoor seating. Very convenient to Verona (and Epic), with good restaurants and other services located within a short drive. Very much recommended!

The location was so peaceful and easy to find. We enjoyed the large tv downstairs to catch a basketball game and plenty of space for 4 adults to spread out and relax. Thank you for hosting us!

Very nice home surrounded by farm land. Peaceful and quiet. No people around. Nice to get away from the city and chill out here. The ATV trail was nearby and fine for hiking as well if you don’t mind a bit of dust

Check in was easy and Scott was very responsive. Quick ride into Madison, nice bike/walking path close by and a local bar with a really cool outside patio we enjoyed after a walk on the path. Close by to Mt. Horeb with some great restaurants.

MUST STAY!!!! This was exactly the quiet retreat we were looking for. I couldn’t imagine a better place to spend quality time with friends. It was breathtaking. We didn’t find ourselves wanting for anything as all of the items in the kitchen and bathrooms were so well thought out. It felt like a real retreat with the saltwater hot tub and the wildlife we got to experience on our stay. Beautiful house and property. Great host. I would go back here any day.

Started the summer off perfect here at this house. The property was perfect and the privacy was comforting. The house was so clean and very accommodating!

This is one of the most aesthetically gorgeous, peaceful and unique Airbnb experiences I've enjoyed. What an absolutely lovely sanctuary of light, simplicity, and calm refuge just 30 minutes drive through rolling farmland, woods and wetlands from downtown Madison and the UW campus. The indoor fireplace and hot tub are such fabulous highlights! I loved every aspect of the orchard house including Josh's proactive tips and quick responses to a couple of minor questions I had. This was a really lovely place to spend a long weekend. I will be back and have already told all my friends about it. Bravo!

We loved our stay here for our daughter’s wedding in Mount Horeb. Having coffee on the front porch before the busy day was a memory I’ll never forget. So peaceful and gorgeous. Beds are so comfortable!! Very neat house with so much to look at. So much space for everyone. Thank you for sharing your farmhouse!!!

The house was a perfect fit for my friends and I. The kitchen was spacious enough for us since we cooked while we were here. It had all the dishes and cookware we needed. Place was clean upon arrival. It was a private and great place for the weekend. Thank you for a great stay!

I had an extended stay at Brian's property and all worked very well. The property was very clean and as indicated in the photos. Just be aware that stays do not include use of any of the garages. I had assumed access based on the photos while realizing later that it did not say explicitly that use of the garages is included. This property is very private and is perfect for a summer getaway. Very short drive into town ~2 mins with access to a grocery store, restaurants, Walgreen's, etc. The furniture and interior decorating is very nice. I would stay again if needed.

Wonderful place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Also, it has blackout curtains in the bedroom, so sleeping was wonderful. Host was very responsive to questions, and incredibly welcoming! Will likely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would! We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful view every morning and evening. They had thoughtful amenities and great accommodations for kids. We also had a chance to spend time at the park down the street and get food and drinks from the bar down the street, Overflow.
