posizione super comoda: parcheggio libero davanti alla casa e stazione di ricarica per l'auto elettrica a meno di 100 metri; a pochi passi ristoranti e supermercati, parco giochi e campi da tennis; la fermata del bus è vicinissima e la pista ciclabile passa proprio di fronte; pochi passi e raggiungi l'imbarco dei traghetti. Una parte del patio è riservata, e a richiesta puoi usare il barbecue a gas. L'appartamento NON HA UNA CUCINA ma è attrezzato per preparare i pasti con il massimo comfort.

We stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed every moment. The property is very unique. It is a detached apartment on a lot of a huge historic vila. We loved the most the terrace with the lake and garden view. Having breakfast and watching the lake was unforgettable There was a wedding one night and we can not say that we felt the noise at all The hosts were very nice and welcoming, they invited us to a family hosted event with BBQ and music

Der Kontakt zu Marco war wunderbar, er antwortet schnell und stand während des gesamten Aufenthalts mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Seine Kinder und er haben uns in ihrem wunderschönen Appartement charmant in Empfang genommen. Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet: Betten, Küche und Badezimmer - alles tipptopp! Menschen, die gerne kochen freuen sich über eine exquisit ausgestattete Küche. Mit frischen Kräutern aus Marcos Balkongarten durften wir uns auch versorgen. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut getan bei den Temperaturen. Die Lage in der Altstadt von Intra ermöglicht es zu Fuß überall hinzugelangen und sich auch ohne Auto fortzubewegen. Insbesondere auf einem Walk anzusteuern ist die Eisdiele Gelatomania! Sie hat uns einige Pfunde gekostet! Alles in allem, super netter und lustiger Kontakt, wunderbare Unterkunft in einem charmanten Städtchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung. Sie bietet alles was man braucht, sehr zentral und hat eine perfekte Größe für einen Kurzurlaub. Vor allem der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft! Die Kommunikation und Check in waren sehr unkompliziert. Gegen Abend kann es etwas lauter werden, aber mit Ohrstöpsel auch gut zu ertragen. Ansonsten kommen wir gerne wieder ! :)

Up on the hills in Stresa, the room in the villa has an amazing lake side view designed from a past era with airy spacious and ensuite bathroom. Tucked with its own separate villa front door entrance from a common garden area with patio and kitchenette area for eating, it was a wonderful stay! Leisurely walks @ your own pace up and down the paved steep hills to ferry and Stresa town center, cardio and exercise for the day of exploring Lake Maggiore was a delight for R&R with a lively town center in the evenings for shops and restaurant. Massimo respects your privacy and his communication and proactive ways goes the extra mile with rides to and from villa, insights to towns of interest, and providing waters in the humid month of June. Thanks Massimo for a lovely stay in your villa!

This place is Creme de la Creme; location, privacy, safety, cleanness and the list goes on. I traveled there with a young kid and the trip was wonderful. There were so many delicious restaurants which you could reach by walking, some shops, some cafes, literally anything. The apartment is located in the private courtyard with a private car park. So it is very quiet in the evening and I felt really safe at night. Francesco and Leonora are very kind, attentive and friendly and you felt very welcome since you arrived. I will definitely go back there and stay at this place again in the near future.
