Holiday rentals with breakfast in Verbania

We came to Rodero with my friend, his daughter, my parents and my family living in Singapore. As we come from very busy city we were looking for quiet and relaxing place with nature around. We are very happy that we found this in Riarel Apartments. At first it looks like place far away but actually 5 min drive, there is train station that takes you anywhere around region. So in the end we have been central to all interesting locations in North of Italy or South of Switzerland. We used train for family trip to Bellinzona and it was great experience. As we had 3 small children we appreciated possibility to use kitchen and garden - kids had so much fun there. Carlo- owner of Riarel was always very helpful and was able to give us great tips what to do around Rodero. Rooms were perfectly prepared for our arrival, clean, nicely furnished, with nice view and great design. If you are looking for nice place to stay out of busy and stressful city this is perfect choice. Highly recommended !

Had a great stay at Claudio's, good communication. And our daughter loved that there were chickens and she could check in the morning to see if they had laid eggs!

We were from the 11th-16th May 2025 with my parents and our dog in this fantastic accommodation and completely enthusiastic. Communication with the hosts was quick, warm and helpful at all times. The beautiful, detached detached house with basement, ground floor and upper floor is significantly larger than shown in the pictures, very tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard. We were particularly impressed by the spacious, well-equipped kitchen with everything your heart desires. The terrace and balcony invite you to linger, the lovingly landscaped garden is completely fenced – except for the L-shaped driveway, so that our dog could run freely. Although the driveway is described as narrow in the listing, we were able to drive well with our camper (5.99 m long, 2.05 m wide) with some patience and cautious maneuvering. The layout with three cozy bedrooms is also ideal for working from home. We will be happy to come back!

We had an early morning flight out of the Milan airport. Silvia's place was the perfect location for the last night of our Italian vacation - a short and easy drive to the airport. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and has comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Silvia went out of her way to bake a delicious cake for our early breakfast. She was very responsive to our questions and accommodating with our check in.

Tranquility, relaxation, and lots of greenery in the well-kept garden with many goodies and curiosities in an independent location, but cradled by a sweetly familiar and belonging environment. Amazing

It could have more mirrors, it only has one mirror in the bathroom. unfriendly neighbors because of parking situation, we were threatened with a complaint because we reset the parking disc after 4 hours. great location, breakfast (except Sundays) included. very nice bright style and clean.

This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

The reception was great, we got delicious regional stuff to eat. Very caring that even breakfast was thought of. The house is very well equipped and cozy. The garden is beautifully large and fenced. The surroundings are authentic and beautiful hiking trails within walking distance. Shopping in 5 minutes drive, the nearest larger town in 10-15 minutes and Milano by train cheap one hour away. We have not yet had such a well-equipped kitchen in any accommodation.

We stayed at Laura’s apartment for around 2.5 months. The apartment was great for our needs and well stocked. Laura cleaned the apartment every week and it was spotless. Ferno was also very peaceful and the apartment is situated close to a variety of local amenities. Thank you Laura! ;)

if you are planning to return your car at Milan airport and have a flight to catch, this is the best place. it's calm, close to airport and have its own parking. next you get best of host to make you comfortable and you need not worry about breakfast as Angela take care of that,lot of eatables are placed on table and in the fridge. will like to visit again.

Amazing host , felt right at home from the second we met, perfect dog made everything much much more pleasant luca gave us great advices as well always present and respectful we enjoyed our stay hopefully we come back soon .

This place was worth every euro we paid for it. We had to quickly find a place because another host canceled, so we booked it only a day in advance. Cristina even replied to our query about it around midnight her time. The place was easy to find and in a perfect condition. Very highly recommended!

The stay was perfect. Everything’s clean and shining. The apartment is huge and spacious. Paola is incredibly friendly and lovely. Recommend much!

We really wish we could have spent longer at Salvatore’s place. It was perfectly situated for an overnight stop as part of our road trip from Italy to the UK. The view from the apartment was stunning and being able to swim in the lake from a private beach was welcome after a long day in the car. The apartment had everything we needed, clean, modern and exactly what we expected. Giovanna was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed.

I can’t think of a better place for my family of four to spend our last night in Italy before flying home the next day from MXP. The village is so peaceful and beautiful, and Gianni and Emanuela’s place is so cozy and comfortable. We arrived in the afternoon, enjoyed a walk around town, had the best spritz in the local bar with a beautiful view. We had a delicious meal in the local restaurant. We had a great night’s sleep in the comfy beds. Emanuela also provided us transport back to MXP at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend!!

Luca and his family were extremely friendly, proactive and super helpful for recommendations! their property on top of a mountain close to the lago maggiore is absolutely beautiful, with amazing views on the lake! they take care of a lot of animals like dogs, cats, rabbits and even a donkey and a goat, which we found super sweet and which made the stay unforgettable. They also served breakfast in the morning, which was included in the price, which we didn’t expect, and which exceeded our expectations! all in all, our stay at Luca‘s place was very beautiful and we can definitely recommend it to couples, who are looking for a quiet and charming place in nature!

Deborah was so kind and welcoming and even made us a reservation for our large group at a local restaurant that was so good. The rooms were large and beautiful, Deborah was such a kind host!

Stayed here for one night due to the amazing location near the airport. Grazia offered to pick me up from the airport as there was no public transport available at the time of my arrival. She was also very helpful with local recommendations and tips. The room was very clean and matched the pictures perfectly. Would definitely stay here again, best Airbnb experience I’ve had so far!

Yoko, Paolo, and their daughter were friendly and welcoming to their 400 year old home in Morcote. The attic room is spacious with its own living room besides bedroom. Steps from Morcote ferry, shops and restaurants, the location is ideal for ferry rides across Lake Lugano, exploring Morcote’s beautiful hilltop church with amazing views of the lake, and mountains of Lugano. Breakfast in the garden was a plus surrounded by Paolo’s garden and bonsais. Great chats and their local insights were spot on. Lovely stay and a joy to visit!

Very spacious and equipped apartment in a beautiful location. Large garden, convenient parking. Very clean modern and cozy. Elena is the very kind and very helpful landlady. The very sweet and very polite dog is also very sweet. Highly recommended

Daniele and Sonia were extremely friendly and helpful, the room and the kitchen clean and with nice details. The breakfast had everything we could wish for, even the freshest eggs from their own chickens! We just stayed for one night and it was perfect for an overnight stay on the way back home.
