Family-friendly holiday rentals in Vera-Playa

Olivier is an amazing host, very attentive and considerate. We had an amazing stay. We were looking for a peaceful family break, lots of rest and relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked and equipped for preparing big family meals. There is an impressive attention to detail throughout. We are looking to return to the villa, it was a perfect family retreat. Peaceful enough to get teenagers to interact with family!

Possibly the best, most comfortable, certainly well equipped apartment we have ever stayed in. The complex is lovely, so peaceful and well cared for overall, but Marie’s apartment is beautifully placed so you do not feel squashed in. Breakfast on the terrace is a treat, looking at the trees and plants and chatting to one’s neighbours. Any requests were dealt with promptly and with no grumble, she lives just around the corner herself. The apartment has simply the best kitchen ever, we do like to cook, and there is a full over, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and countless gadgets, crockery and cutlery to use. There is also Aircon in the bedrooms, totally necessary in the heat. Simply perfect and we cannot wait to come back next year.

The accommodation is very nice. It is equipped with all lis appliances that are usually used at home. It is a detail of the plastic tableware for the children. I would definitely come back to this place. Thank you for all Fran.

Paul was the perfect host helping us to have a wonderful week in his beautiful villa. We arrived very late at night and the tea, coffee and milk were very welcomed. The villa is amazing and the photos, even though they are beautiful, do not do the villa justice. We appreciated the new hot tub and it was perfect to sit in it late at night star gazing. Thank you Paul for a truly perfect, peaceful holiday.

From the description it sounded like the apartment would be ideal and we weren't disappointed. The apartment was a great base and, terrific for sunbathing, so we're looking forward to our next visit later in the year!

My stay in this accommodation was excellent. The area is quiet, perfect for relaxing, and from the first moment you feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need to prepare any food, which is a great plus. Also, the internet works great, ideal if you need to work or just want to relax by watching some series. Definitely a place I'd love to go back to.

This is the first time we have stayed at Maryline's, we have stayed in the area for more than 20-years. So know it very well. This apartment was everything it said it would be, absolutely perfectly positioned for the beach, restaurants and bars. It is a large 1-bedroom apartment, large bathroom/shower good sized lounge/kitchen. We didn't cook whilst we were there, so cannot comment on the oven, microwave etc. It was all available but not needed by us. We would most definitely rebook this apartment. TV reception wasn't the best, but we didn't go there to watch TV. Communication was perfect, and English speaking, Natalie, met us on time, with a smile and took us to the apartment, she was so helpful and pleasant, we had a little issue with the kettle not working and within an hour of us letting her know, she brought a new replacement kettle, even though we said we could wait until the following day. We had a wonderful 10-days in this apartment and can thoroughly recommend it.

We had an amazing time at the house - highly recommend for families . We loved the pool at the back and the cool dark bedrooms. Kitchen was great as was terrace area - can’t wait to come back again ! Only issue was getting into the property as the garage door was locked but this was quickly resolved .

We loved our stay at this home. The host on a 10, contacted me to let me know everything I had in the apartment to avoid going very loaded knowing that I was going with children. The home has everything you need and is very quiet with a very nice terrace. We did not know the area and it surprised us, very familiar and with everything close to walk. We hope to repeat. A wonderful place not only because of the site, but because Swen and her family are really animal lovers. The pool is definitely wonderful. Huge and beautiful. We are a large family and we have two giant dogs, at all times they have been able to be with us without limiting access, the other way around. Having common sense and affection, without a doubt the best vacations of our whole family.perros and children with us, we have enjoyed very much and rested. Thank you for everything, Swen, I hope we can repeat soon!

We spent a weekend at Álvaro's place. Our stay was great. The apartment was spotless. It is located in a very well-kept urbanization, quiet area, the beach is very close. The communication with Álvaro is perfect, pending our stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

Everything perfect, a house with impeccable cleanliness covering all the necessities for the days of accommodation, beach towels, bedding , kitchen utensils. Pool area with hammocks, close to the beach and leisure areas.

Iciar's apartment is perfect in every way. This is impeccable and very clean, making us feel at home from the moment you arrive. The residential complex is very quiet and beautiful, with a pool. As for the location for us perfect, about 5 minutes away from the beach by car. Iciar has always been very attentive to us, and it has also been a pleasure to meet Estrella. The house is a pass, just like the location. The village of Mojácar surprised us pleasantly, it is beautiful. We were looking for peace of mind to spend a few days with a family by the sea, and that's precisely what we got.
