This was the cleanest a most well equipped air bnb that I have ever stayed in. (And I’ve stayed in a lot) there was not a speck of dirt or dust anywhere, we were so comfortable. Clarissa provides everything you need to be able to go explore the beaches and relax at her place comfortably. In order to get to, and around the Valle del Este Resort, you will need a car. There is nothing walkable from the location except the hotel bar and restaurant. But hopefully that’s obvious given the location. Usually I try to boycott Airbnb and stay at hotels when I can but this one was impossible to pass up because it was cheaper then the hotel and offered so much more. I am so glad we stayed here. Clarissa and her husband were so nice and helpful. I would definitely book again.

Staying in Yves apartment was like a home from home. From the moment we arrived we were impressed. The apartment was clean, very well appointed. We have stayed in well equipped apartments in the past, but this was by far and away the best equipped we have stayed in. We were staying for 3 weeks and the supply of linen, towels and bedding was exceptional. There were added extras, shopping bags, a shopping trolley. We both cook, the equipment and utensils provided are well beyond the usual -storage bags and plastic boxes! This is the first apartment we have ever stayed at, that has provided these. Normally these items, we need to go out and buy for the holiday. We definitely recommend this venue. (Providing you do not book it, when we want to go again!!!)

My husband and I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for five weeks in February/March 2025. We enjoyed a very relaxing visit to Garrucha. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and well equipped for a long stay. There were lots of towels and bed linens. There was a washing machine and dryer and pretty much everything we needed for our visit. The location was very good also, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach. There were lots of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Garrucha again.

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. Fantastic apartment in a great location, just a few minutes from the seafront. Apartment was so comfortable for our one month stay. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. The terrace is so lovely with a beautiful view to the sea! There are great restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away but the complex is nice and quiet and the residents are lovely. Bárbara is the best host we ever had! She supplied so much information before we arrived and she waited to meet us even though we had a late arrival time. All through our stay she provided great advice on places to go and if we said we were going to visit a particular place she recommended great restaurants! They were all fantastic! I feel like I’ve made a new friend in Bárbara ❤️ This apartment is ideal for visiting Mojácar. Great location and very comfortable. You will be spoiled for choice for music, there were so many great bands playing, and lovely restaurants. Highly recommend! Enjoy!

Amaya's house is a 10, beautiful, wonderful and beautiful location, close to a restaurant area and a small supermarket, private parking, urbanization with heated pool, the terrace is a pass and the kitchen is very well equipped. To put a couple of things to improve: the windows do not have blinds, so as soon as the light comes in (although you close the window shutters) and, on a personal level, the double bed did not seem comfortable, not the pillows that were super comfortable.

I had a very pleasant stay! The place is exactly as described – clean, cozy and very quiet. Perfect to relax. Thomas was extremely friendly, helpful and always quick to answer any questions. I would come back anytime and absolutely recommend the place.

Simple, functional furnishings with a beautiful terrace and beautiful views. Very good internet. Garage was available directly on the property. The disadvantage was, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Host was always available for info. Mojácar is a beautiful Spanish village. the beaches are wonderfully maintained and land to linger and walk in. Absolutely recommended with great value for money.

Lovely apartment. Exactly where we wanted to be… on the beach front ( amazing view of the beach) close to bars and restaurants and within a 10 minute drive to the pueblo. Excellent communication with Jacques. Clean and fully furnished. We would recommend and hope to return in the near future.

The area was quiet with a lot of bars and the beach close by. The village of Mojácar was very close by car.

A spectacularly beautiful apartment, it meets all the amenities and more than it says in the description. It's a super cozy place. Carlos has been a super friendly person with us and very flexible in terms of check-in and check-out time. Thank you for everything! We would repeat this stay without hesitation, 100% recommended.

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

Margaritas place is absolutely fantastic. It is the highest point in Vera playa which means the views are simply stunning. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the private swimming pool which was a must in the humid conditions. Check in was smooth. We were escorted to the building through the private barrier, shown where to park and taken to the correct apartment. Margarita was always on hand if we had any questions and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of amenities in the kitchen if you would like to cook and a 10 minute walk to the main restaurant/bar area. We wished our stay had been longer! The perfect place to relax and unwind

The apartment was very good, clean and with the equipment advertised. The place was quiet, close to the beach and with restaurants in the area. Elena was there for us at all times. Everything was perfect.

The apartment is perfect, and being on a bass, the terrace is great for enjoying breakfast. The urbanization we love, both for its structure, tranquility, its summer pool and its indoor pool (which also has heating in case you get a temporary as was the case). We will be back for sure. Also the deal with the hosts was super easy, and as much as possible they are very flexible. Everything was great.

Nice and quiet apartment, close to the beach and well connected to Vera, Garrucha and shops. Well equipped. Great for a few days of rest. César was always very attentive from the first moment that everything was fine and trying to solve any unforeseen event that happened. Good management on your part!

The apartment is as described. We are not missing any details regarding the kitchenware, appliances, space and the air conditioning is greatly appreciated, we came with a heat wave and it was something necessary. Upstairs you can eat outdoors as it has its table and chairs and at night it is very agustito. And if we talk about the jacuzzi and the rest it gives you, after a long day meeting Almeria, it's an added plus. In the area, there are pizzerias, pollerias, hardware stores, supermarkets and a 10 minute walk relaxed the beach, which this beach has a promenade, tentesitas and many restaurants. You don't have to leave the area for anything, because there's everything. If you plan to go to the beach for a week and not use the car at all, here you can do it.
