The extremely cozy house. It had everything you need for a stay at home. It was thus that I felt… at home outside my house. Every detail thought out with great affection to welcome us. Closed soap and toilet paper in all the bathrooms. Clean bedding. ALL kitchen utensils including glass platters. I was worried about taking some things thinking about I could have. But I didn't even have to take it out of the bag. The house is fully equipped. Positive point for the structure of the tbm condominium. Although there are few houses the clean and flawless club. Servants very attentive and willing to help with what we needed. The local beach (straight from the condomino) clear waters and natural fish. The attention and availability of Welington tbm was a major positive point. From the moment of the reservation to our departure from the property, always attentive, polite, concerned with providing us the best. Anyway I want to program a return. I recommend it without a doubt.

The condominium and the utilities of the apartment meet the expectation. All bedrooms contain air conditioning, very cozy place to relax. The condominium has a great leisure area and an ice machine that helped a lot. The beach in front is not very suitable for bathing, but the others surprised.

The house was well organized. Everything clean. Full kitchen. Clean pool. All rooms with air-conditioning. Quiet and polite neighborhood. The condominium is safe. At all times, there is a security guard passing by on a motorcycle. The kids had a great time in the playground. The pizza there is perfect. The beach is very close and the scenery is beautiful. Everyone really enjoyed it. Super recommended.

I spent five days with my family, and they were the best days I've ever had. Beautiful, airy, clean, very comfortable house, fans, outlets, several bathrooms, comfortable beds. We felt at home. Everything was perfect. The pools are much better than they appear in the photos, the large one is deep enough and the shallow one has a whirlpool. I loved it. I only have compliments to make. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the caretaker, Gil. Very kind, polite, helpful, he helped us whenever we needed it, brought us coconut, mango. He helped us find our way around, made our experience even more magical. Just gratitude. If you have any questions about the house, or need advice, you can rest assured. It was all wonderful. The beach is very close, and the sea is very nice.

Excellent hosting option for those who want tranquility and excellent value for money on the island of Itaparica. Condominium booked and secure Penha beach is one of the best beaches on the island. Calm and quiet sea and a beautiful view of the city of Salvador. André was so kind and helpful. Would recommend!!

Our stay was quiet from start to finish. Ana was attentive, helpful, understood our needs and adapted everything that was necessary. The space is fantastic. The house has everything you need (and a little more). When we arrived, the rooms were all customized according to our needs, we were personally welcomed and recommended local markets and shops. They were 100% available for any questions. My family always travels together and it is extremely difficult to find places due to the number of people, but Ana and her mother were sensational with us! You could see the love that this family put into the house and transformed it into a welcoming space and a beautiful temporary home for us too. I found the place charming. The whole house is equipped. It has a large outdoor area. Next to the beach. You don't need to use a car. For those who like tranquility, it's a perfect place. I intend to return more often.

We rented it for a family weekend and it is exactly what the environment offers! The place is big, comfortable, everything very well set up and very well maintained. It's clear that the host's family is always there! It varies leisure options for children, safety and amenities, I highly recommend it, especially for those with a family travel proposal.

We spent 5 days in the house and it was an amazing experience, the house is very close to the beach (which is equivalent to a paradise), we had a problem with the location, in the APP you have a different address, but when we contacted one of the hosts, Mr. Durval, we quickly resolved. The house was in perfect condition, clean bathroom and kitchen, tidy room. A very airy space that helped us create fantastic memories for the start of the year! We're definitely going back.

My stay at Lúcia's place, located on the beautiful Itaparica Island, on Aratuba beach, was just amazing! Village is a paradise: safe, well cared for, with an impeccable structure and a breathtaking view. The house is perfect, extremely well-planned and equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Every striking detail: the pool is wonderful, perfect for relaxing; the barbecue was ideal for moments of fraternization; and the... indescribable view! The location is also excellent, with Aratuba beach a few steps away, offering tranquility and natural beauty. Besides, Lúcia, the host, is a separate show. She is extremely helpful, attentive and super friendly, always available to help and full of valuable tips about sights and experiences in the region. Your hospitality made all the difference in our stay. I recommend with my eyes closed! We will definitely be back.
