The house is all equipped (with pans and simple appliances) TV to watch a movie or listen to a music, network to rest. (Don't forget repellents) There's only one fan there, but it was enough for me. No mais nota 10. Intended to rent with family members, it's super worthwhile

The flat, besides beautiful, is very well located in an extremely quiet and safe region! My family loved the place! The beach is at the door! Agua very tasty and quiet, perfect for bringing children and pets! The city was all wonderful!!! One of the best experiences I've had in 8 years of Airbnb! I highly recommend the experience!!

André's house is excellent, foot in the sand, a beautiful beach, quiet with clean water, the condominium is very organized and quiet. we went in the family, and it was perfect for resting, and having fun between us. the island of Itaparica is simple, it does not offer much, but if you are looking for a house just to rest, away from the mess of the city and with safety... this is the house! we love and we really want to come back other times. Sr André was very receptive and his house is excellent.

The house is in a good location and is spacious and well maintained. It has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. Equipment in good condition but kitchen utensils could be updated. Despite having a freezer and washing machine in great condition, the lack of a microwave is noteworthy. The support staff (Anderson and Jo) are kind and efficient.

The condominium and the utilities of the apartment meet the expectation. All bedrooms contain air conditioning, very cozy place to relax. The condominium has a great leisure area and an ice machine that helped a lot. The beach in front is not very suitable for bathing, but the others surprised.

We rented it for a family weekend and it is exactly what the environment offers! The place is big, comfortable, everything very well set up and very well maintained. Village is a paradise: safe, well cared for, with an impeccable structure and a breathtaking view. The house is perfect, extremely well-planned and equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Every striking detail: the pool is wonderful, perfect for relaxing; the barbecue was ideal for moments of fraternization; and the... indescribable view! The location is also excellent, with Aratuba beach a few steps away, offering tranquility and natural beauty. Besides, Lúcia, the host, is a separate show. She is extremely helpful, attentive and super friendly, always available to help and full of valuable tips about sights and experiences in the region. Your hospitality made all the difference in our stay. I recommend with my eyes closed! We will definitely be back.

When we arrived, everything was so clean and fragrant to welcome us. Right next to the house, there is a pizzeria with one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, owned by Renate, who is also super friendly. It was wonderful days of rest and in touch with nature, which allowed us to reinvigorate our energies!!

Very good, spacious and great house to go with family or with friends. We thought that because it contained mosquito nets we would have problems with muriçoca, but we had no problem with it. Super-equipped kitchen with several utensils. It has beach chairs and parasol which I found perfect for a beach house stay! The only defect I found was the refrigerator that could be bigger, but it didn't bother us. Very cozy house and Mira served us and welcomed us very well. Super recommend, I hope to come back again and again.
