Super Unterkunft, tolle Lage mit malerischem Ausblick und sehr sympathischer Host. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La casa è grande, moderna, ben curata e pulita. L’accoglienza è stata offerta con numerosi graditi dettagli ( frutta, succhi di frutta, kit anti zanzare, stanze abbellite da cuscini e asciugamani..) . Grande Smart TV . Lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Bellissima vista dal balcone del salotto. Parcheggio spazioso. Kristina e’ una host gentile e sollecita quando interpellata. Siamo stati molto bene e abbiamo amato questa location alta sul monte sopra Medveja.

We loved our stay at Darkos place. Nice and clean and he had plenty of towels and wash cloths. No clutter and we loved the location-so close to local sites and restaurants

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Es war genauso ruhig, mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer von der Terrasse aus, wie wir es uns aufgrund der Beschreibung vorgestellt hatten. Besonders schön war es, einfach aus der Wohnung zu treten und zum Strand hinunterzugehen, um in dem klaren Wasser zu schwimmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vesna ist eine äußerst sympathische und hilfsbereit Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartamento molto spazioso ed arredato davvero con gusto, la vista dalla terrazza è molto bella e rilassante, il quartiere è molto tranquillo. Il bagno ha una doccia meravigliosa! Peccato solo che il pavimento non fosse molto pulito e che le federe dei cuscini fossero state spruzzate di profumo, avrei preferito che sapessero di detersivo della lavatrice.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

We absolutely loved the views from the apartment — they’re stunning! The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s just a quick 5-minute drive to a big supermarket, which was super convenient. The location is perfect for exploring Rijeka, Opatija, and the beautiful island of Krk.

Appartamento posizionato sulle alte , in una zona tranquillissima , lontano dal traffico e dalla movida che invece contraddistingue la parte sotto della cittadina. La Signora Jasna è stata molto cordiale e sorridente, nonostante in check-in fosse prefissato per le 16:00 siamo riusciti ad entrare un po’ prima. L’appartamento è il più pulito e ordinato in cui io sia mai stata, la cura dei dettagli , la pulizia e l’atmosfera di casa che l’appartamento ci ha trasmesse ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati. Siamo stati molto bene !

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Thank you Tanja and Oliver. We look forward to enjoying your hospitality again!

Ein absoluter Traum – wir kommen wieder! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt unfassbar genossen! Es war der perfekte Ort, um abzuschalten und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Das Grundstück ist ein wahrer Traum – liebevoll gestaltet, weitläufig und einfach ideal zum Entspannen. Von Anfang an wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Fragen wurden jederzeit freundlich beantwortet, und wir hatten stets das Gefühl, gut aufgehoben zu sein. Man merkt, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail hier alles gestaltet wurde. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal.

Wir haben kurzfristig ein Haus in ruhiger Lage gesucht und mit Koraljkas „Idyllic Holiday House“ gefunden. Das Haus hat eine komplette Ausstattung. Filterkaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner, usw. Auch Verbrauchsmaterialen für Küche und Bad sind schon da und müssen nicht extra beschafft werden. Als Willkommen gab es eine Wurst- und Käseplatte mit Brot, sehr lecker. Hvala. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ende einer Straße. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und daher auch für größere Hunde geeignet. Der Pool war ausreichend groß. Aufgrund der Tiefe (ca. 130 cm) nur für Kinder geeignet, die schwimmen können. Es sind mehrere fast neuwertige Fahrräder vorhanden, auch 2 Kinderräder in verschiedenen Größen. Koraljka war eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Unsere Anfragen wurden immer in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Fazit: wer ein ruhiges Refugium ohne großen Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Uns hat es sehr gefallen

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Das Ferienhaus wurde wie beschrieben angetroffen! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und abends schön beleuchtet. Der Innenbereich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Küchenausstattung ist top, es wurde alles vorgefunden, was benötigt wurde. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch! Bis zum Strand sind es ca 25min mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit Boris war tadellos! Das Ferienhaus ist weiter zu empfehlen!

Me encantó! Estuvimos sólo una noche, pero el alojamiento está limpio, muy bien ubicado, cómodo y bonito. Tiene una vibra super agradable y una terraza hermosa. Totalmente lo recomendaría y me gustaría volver a alojarme ahí. Los únicos dos “peros” que le encontramos fue 1) el horario de salida es muy temprano y 2) uno como huésped tiene que sacar la basura e irla a tirar a uno de los contenedores al final de su estadía? La verdad nunca había leído algo así en un airbnb y considerando que íbamos con bbs, carriolas y maletas, si fue pesado también cargar con la basura y dividirnos para ir a buscar los contenedores. Estuvimos súper apurados para salirnos a tiempo y también estresados por la basura 😅. Fuera de eso la verdad es que todo muy bien y Katarzyna muy atenta para ofrecernos cuna.

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, die Umgebung war super ruhig, aber alles wichtige in 15-30 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war in einem top Zustand, besonders hervorzuheben sind die Außenanlagen, welche liebevoll gepflegt waren. Auch die Innenräumen waren allesamt sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Badezimmer neu und sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend und gab es einige Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Gospođa Nevia izrazito je susretljiv domaćin, dočekala nas je s hladnim pićem dobrodošlice i štrudlom od jabuka te nas je uputila na lokalne turističke atrakcije. Apartman je uredan, čist i osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Svaka preporuka :)

Elena war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie war stets gut erreichbar, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

We had a great time, the place was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of amenities. The road to the driveway is super steep, so needs a bit of skill if you are traveling by car. The owners live upstairs, so it's not 100% private, however they are very friendly. We received a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war liebevoll, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Check-in war sehr flexibel, obwohl sich unsere Ankunftszeit ständig verändert hat (aufgrund der Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, die im Stau standen…) Von der Stadt bis zum Appartement sind es einige Stufen zu laufen. Aber die sind das Appartement, der Garten, der Ausblick und die Gastgeberin wert!

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft bei Vali & Zdenko. Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und uns wurde alles persönlich gezeigt. Zur Begrüssung gab es ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und wir durften die letzten, selbst angebauten Trauben kosten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Nachbarn waren nett. Der beste Part war für uns aber definitiv der Ausblick aufs Meer und der grosse und gut gepflegte Pool. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter konnten wir gemütlich auf der überdachten Terasse essen. Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 15-20 Minuten in Opatija (mit ein paar Höhenmeter). Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich weiterempfehlen!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und hatte uns sogar etwas Essen vorab besorgt da wir an einem Feiertag bei geschlossenen Geschäften ankamen. Für unsere Kinder hatte sie extra Spielzeug bereit gelegt was bei diesen auch super ankam. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl bei ihr und man kann es sich nicht besser wünschen. Das Gebäude liegt etwas am Hang was die Anfahrt etwas schwieriger macht und den Fußweg hoch vom Strand auch etwas beschwerlicher aber die Aussicht die man dafür hat ist es absolut wert und sonst bringt die Wohnung wirklich viele Möglichkeit. Der kleine Garten mit Grillstelle war auch super. Danke für alles!

A comfortable choice for 2-4 people in close driving distance to Rijeka. The terrace was very nice and outside chairs and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of amenities and the two bedrooms are cozy enough with a lot of closet space. There is one main bathroom with a very comfortable shower and then a smaller nook with a WC and sink. A short drive to the most economical parking lot of Rijeka (Delta). A reasonable price for sure. The host accommodated our early check-in and offered us a later check-out if we needed it (which we didn’t)

This apartment was exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos and matching the description perfectly! We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay. Katharina was an incredibly helpful and responsive host throughout our entire visit, and we will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip!
