Sjarmerende hytte i vannkanten av Otra, med egen liten strand og fiskerett. Hytta har kjøkkenkrok med to kokeplater, kaffetrakter, kjøleskap og det mest nødvendige kjøkkenutstyr. Ikke innlagt vann, men det sørges for nok drikkevann og vaskevann. Toalett i eget bygg vegg-i-vegg med hytta som ligger usjenert til på et sauebeite. Gratis parkering ca.50 meter unna. Flott turterreng/nærtoppturer! Tømmerrenna er like i nærheten og bør oppleves (google it). Det samme gjelder Setesdalsbanen

Cozy cabin with electricity and internet at Kleppvannet in Birkenes municipality. The cabin is about 100 sqm and sleeps 6 + a baby bed. The property has several swimming areas (for big and small) and great fishing opportunities. Canoe, trampoline with safety net, various indoor/outdoor games and fishing equipment can be borrowed. The cabin has no running water, but drinking water is provided in water cans. There is an outdoor toilet and shower in the outhouse next to the cabin.
