Welcome to our 280 sqm home over 2 floors The 1st floor has a hallway, bathroom with shower and toilet, living room and kitchen, as well as a covered terrace that is perfect for barbecuing. The 2nd floor consists of 4 large bedrooms (approx. 20 m²), bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as a loft living room. The zoo, Sørlandsenteret and Kristiansand city centre are only 25 minutes away. We have a quiet and secluded tenant with a private entrance, as well as a cat that lives in the garage. There is a large courtyard with room for several cars.

Riverfront Tiny House

Charming cabin on the water's edge of Otra, with its own small beach and fishing dish. The cabin has a kitchenette with two hot plates, coffee maker, fridge and the most necessary kitchenware. No running water, but enough drinking water and washing water are provided. Toilet in your own building wall-in-wall with the cabin which is undisturbed on a sheep pasture. Free parking about 50 meters away. Great hiking terrain/close-up trips! The timber chute is nearby and should be experienced (google it). The same applies to the Setesdal Line

The place is in the immediate vicinity of the river Otra. Perfect accommodation for salmon fishermen. There are also good swimming opportunities. A trampoline can also be found here. It is about 5 km to Vennesla Sentrum, where you will find a rich selection of shops. In Vennesla you will also find the logging and the setesdalsbanen. Kristiansand Sentrum with its offers can be found about 14 km from the place. The place is also central to Kristiansand Dyrepark, Color Line/fjord Line term. The price includes electricity and wifi.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Large parking space by the house. 25 minutes to Kristiansand city center with Aquarama, the city beach, the art silo, Kilden, the harbor where Color Line departs and the fishing pier. No smoking or parties.

The Summer house is located at Bornes Camping in Hægeland and has everything you need to have an enjoyable relaxing stay. Two bikes are available to use as well as borrowing a canoe, a row boat or fishing pole. Enjoy the sun and the view all day at the two decks.
