To ensure a pleasant stay, the studio is equipped with all the amenities you might need in everyday life (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, TV, bluetooth speaker, etc.). Wooden double glazed window, dry outlet radiator. Its area is about 22 m2, perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Located at the foot of the Citadel, next to the Castan Square, the Black Gate & the Victor Hugo Square, its location is ideal. Nearby public transportation and bike rental. Proximité Gare, Tram, Vélocité, parking gratuit...Les personnes qui recherchent un appartement neuf, avec un carrelage blanc immaculé, des surfaces lisses et sans personnalité, du matériel high-tech et une TV ne réservez pas cet appartement ! Il y a de nombreux livres et des tapis donc si vous êtes allergiques à la poussière ne réservez pas!

It is a 7-minute walk from Viotte train station and has free parking nearby. Dual-aspect, the living room overlooks a pretty square adorned with a fountain and the kitchen overlooks an inner courtyard. The living room has a sleeping area (double bed with new bedding) and a sitting area.
