Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Venice

Marina's apartment is better than the listing can describe. My family of four including 2 teenage boys loved it! It is impeccably clean, modern, comfy and with all the right details. The windows in the rooms have heavy shutters that you can open and close so that you are not woken by daylight. They are quiet and have very comfy beds. There is A/C in all spaces as this was needed in the summer. Having a TV in each room was also great for our teens to have downtime. The heavy double paned windows also kept the apartment very quiet. We only heard noise if we opened the windows in the living room. It is located in a cute and safe street that is a 5-10 minute walk to all the best spots in Venice! I would not need to look any further for a different rental for a future trip to Venice.

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

Trotz kurzfristiger Buchung, waren Pina und ihre Söhne gut erreichbar und haben uns einen schönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung sind viele leckere Restaurants und man kommt zu Fuß super zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten Venedigs. Check-in und Check-out sind sehr unkompliziert organisiert. Alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans le logement proposé par Lucia, très bel emplacement, entre un magnifique jardin et un canal pittoresque. Nous avons eu tout le nécessaire, tout est bien pensé et décoré, extrêmement propre, un mélange d'ancien et moderne à notre goût !

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

our stay at Santa Barbara was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed. Clean place, beautifuly decorated. Beautiful Nature, calm and relaxed. We are coming again!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. Edwin e la sua gentilezza ed ospitalità hanno reso fin da subito gradevole il soggiorno! Molto presente per essere d’aiuto sui luoghi e le attività nei dintorni. Spazi puliti e posto perfetto per rilassarsi! Sicuramente torneremo in futuro! Grazie Edwin :D

Es ist ein wunderschönes Apartment in einer ruhigen Lage. 10 Minuten vom Strand und einen wunderbaren Pool in der Anlage. Ich kann dieses Apartment unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, super Lage, moderne Ausstattung, alles, was man braucht. Strand nur 5 min entfernt, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, super Pool. Markus war immer erreichbar und war die ganze Zeit sehr behilflich

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

Michela and her husband were great hosts! The home was well stocked, clean and they had prosecco waiting for us. I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs and this is the first one where I felt they had really gone above and beyond to make their guests comfortable. Great view with lots of activity on the water. The home is right near a market which was great for produce! However just know they seem to bring deliveries in the middle of the night. Three out of the four nights, There was a lot of slamming of pallets and cart noises around 3/4am. The first night we were there we had issues with the key. It is very difficult to turn to the point of unlocking. Her husband came all the way back to rescue us and show us how to get in. For the lock: 1. It self locks as soon as you close the door. 2. you have to force the key to turn past where it catches while pulling the door towards you.

Great place to stay : safe, quiet, close to amenities and transport (1 block to bus and tram); Venice only 10min by bus and Airport at 30 min with 1 transfer only. Check in procedure super clear and precise (video assistance too). All essentials (and more) stocked to a good level. A great plus was the flexibility with check in, which allowed us to leave luggages earlier, as we arrived well before 3pm, and check out (30min later). Only miss (very personal preference) is a coffee machine to a day start-jump. Many thanks for having us !!

Beautiful unit in an incredible location. Very close to a water bus stop also. Host gave a ton of very good recommendations for food. Would stay there again!

Nous sommes venus pour la seconde fois dans le logement d'Andrea. Propre, très bien situé, et avec une petite terrasse ombragée (un vrai plus à Venise). Andréa a été très accueillant et de très bon conseil sur les restaurants et commerces environnants. Le logement permet d'accéder très rapidement au bateau pour les îles environnantes, et se trouve proche des lieux très touristiques comme St Marc ou Rialto tout en étant dans un quartier calme sans la foule. N'hésitez pas à réserver si vous cherchez un logement sur Venise.

Le logement était parfait et bien situé pour toutes les visites ! Le seul petit point est que si vous êtes 4 , le second lit est un divan-lit et un peu inconfortable ! A part ça , merveilleux . Les hôtes nous ont bien reçus !

Alojamiento muy bien situado en un sitio tranquilo y muy silencioso. Tal y como se anuncia. Federica estuvo pendiente de nuestra estancia y solventó todas nuestras dudas, y nos recomendó restaurantes cercanos. Gracias Federica, esperamos poder volver 😀

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Herzen von Venedig Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten Unterkunft! Die Lage ist absolut perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, aber dennoch ruhig genug, um sich abseits der Touristenströme zu entspannen. Die Wohnung war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – besonders schön sind die kleinen Design Details in der Wohnung. Unser Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und versteckte Ecken Venedigs gegeben, die wir sonst vermutlich nicht entdeckt hätten. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Besonders schön war der mit Ausblick auf einen Kanal. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Venedig authentisch und komfortabel erleben möchte. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Watersdoor is the perfect romantic hideaway in this beautiful city. Maria and her team could not have been more welcoming and helpful and truly made our stay in Venice so effortless and memorable. We can’t recommend Watersdoor highly enough
