Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Venice

Pamela’s Airbnb was perfect for our mother-daughter trip to Venice! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from charming cafes, beautiful canals, and all the sights we wanted to explore. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and felt incredibly safe and welcoming. Pamela was a kind and thoughtful host, ensuring we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again!

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

We loved the place! Charming and well appointed and mostly perfect location. The roof terrace made it the most perfect!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Bus in Venedig, dieser hält quasi vor der Tür, auch der Airport ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, sehr neu und sauber und man findet alles nötige für den Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und helfen einem schnell wenn man Fragen oder ein Anliegen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

The place was comfortable, the owners let us put our heavy baggage before check in. We liked the double bunked beds and the garden outside. it was very peaceful around the place. We accidentally left the keys inside the house before coming out and locked ourselves outside, luckily the owner was kind enough to help us open the door. would definitely recommend, it was a comfortable stay

My family absolutely loved our stay here! Valentina & Andrea were amazing hosts. They were so kind and attentive and helped us with everything we needed and more. The place exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and well equipped. We got to start our mornings with a tasty espresso. The decor was beautiful and the view was just stunning! Murano was peaceful compared to Venice, which we loved. We can't wait to come back here again, wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you to the amazing hosts for your kindness and hospitality :) Do not hesitate to book this place you won't regret it.

A fantastic place to stay in Venice, within easy reach of the Train station, Piazzale Roma and Vaporetto or just walk everything was within a 20/30 minutes walk. Some great restaurants in the area and our hosts couldn’t do enough for us. Would highly recommend.

Firstly , I would like to say what an amazing host Fillippo was. His communication was so punctual and nothing was too much trouble. He was by far the best host I’ve ever had via Airbnb His guidance and recommendations were so very helpful and you were never made to feel that you were being a nuisance! His apartment was just perfect, and its location made everything easy to walk to! For me the best part was the courtyard seating area outside. So lovely to have breakfast outside and a few drinks before or after dinner. I’m already dreaming up when I can return and there’s only one place that I’ll be staying

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön in winem venezianischen Stil eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage, kurz Anbindung an den Anleger und gemütlich. Da wir zu 4. dort waren, musste 2 Personen auf dem Schlafsofa übernachten. Das war leider gar nicht komfortabel. Das Hauptbett hingegen war super. Genauso sollte man wissen, dass es keine „richtigen“Türen in der Wohnung gibt. Auch nicht zum Badezimmer und zur Toilette. Was uns persönlich ein wenig gefehlt hat, war die klassische Bialetti für den Herd. Aber die Cafés sind sehr nah gewesen. Ansonsten ist diese Wohnung super ausgestattet und Giovanna ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Ett otroligt vackert, påkostat palazzo centralt i Venedig. Underbart att sitta på balkongen och titta på båtlivet på kanalen; gondoler, ambulansbåtar, klassiska taxibåtar i Rivastil samt lastbåtar. Patrizia var också mycket hjälpsam när det gäller restaurangbokningar och transporter. En toppenvistelse!

This was a great Airbnb, Raffaella was so kind and the place was nice and big. Very easy to get in. Raffaella sent many recommendations to eat. However it was located a bit further away from the touristy part of Venice, so you would have to Uber or walk to the buses. So just keep that in mind when booking, overall it was a great stay with kind hosts.

First of all Roberta is a Superhost in all departments! From great communication to meeting us at the water bus to take us to the apartment all our dealings with Roberta were first class. The apartment is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It is in a great location between the Rialto bridge and St Marks square and is very quiet. We were thinking of getting a vaperetto pass but Roberta said she always walked everywhere without any problem so we did the same and really glad we did it as we saw so much - not just the main attractions. This apartment is great so don't hesitate to book it.

Was a beautiful and peaceful stay - Patrizia is a friendly and responsive host. The place is clean and stocked up with lots of amenities, hairdryer, air con, towels, etc. Do keep in mind that for this balcony view, the unit will be on the top floor so you'll have to be okay with carrying any heavy luggage up a couple flights of stairs as there are no elevators. Would have preferred to have a self check-in option but the host was communicative and flexible with coordinating timing to meet up for checking in and showing us around the unit. It is a great neighborhood also close to a small market and a great cafe (Majer) for a quick breakfast. Would recommend!

Ottimo posto dove soggiornare a Venezia. Appartamento confortevole e accogliente in una zona tranquilla, vicino a Piazza San Marco, con facile accesso ai mezzi pubblici.

Paolo is a Top 1% host and it's not by chance. I was lucky enough to find his apartment for my dates when visiting Venice. Right from the booking, Paolo had great communication and was available to answer any questions right away. He provided clear instructions about the city regulations, checkin experience and details of the city to get us started. He was kind enough to pick us up, escorted us to the apartment and waited for us to get stuff for checkin. Venice checkin can tricky to navigate if it is your first time. Without Paolo's help we would've felt lost for sure. He also helped us with our laundry and returned it the next day perfectly. Guidecca is a peaceful part of Venice but has restaurants and grocery store just a few steps away. The house is much better than pics and an amazing abode for a few days. Rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well stocked Overall Paolo and his family is what Airbnb is all about. Kind, generous and attentive hosts that make your trips memorable.

Our three night stay at Alessandra's apartment was one of the best AirBnB experiences we have had.The apartment is perfect for everything. If tou want to cook meals it has everything you need in the kitchen but also the vast range of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area means you have two great choices for food. Alessandra is a brilliant host and replies to messages instantly which I find very reassuring.She gave us so much information and recommendations for food(Which we followed and were not disappointed) All in all Alessandra is a wonderful host with a gorgeous apartment in beautiful area of Venice and we will definitely stay with her again when visiting. 這間房子非常舒服、乾淨又漂亮，空間寬敞，很適合多人一起來放鬆、旅行。屋內設備齊全，從廚房用具到生活用品都準備得很周到，住起來非常方便。屋主也非常親切熱情，不但主動聯繫確認入住細節，還貼心地推薦了許多在地好玩又好吃的地方，讓我們的行程更豐富。整體住宿體驗非常棒，很推薦！ 後院非常可愛！有私人停車場！

L'appartement est très bien situé, grand, bien aménagé, la literie très confortable, la cuisine bien équipée et la terrasse fantastique! Plus jolie que sur les photos car il y a des plantes. Il y a effectivement un conduit d'évacuation des cuisines du restaurant au rez-de-chaussée mais cela n'est pas gênant du tout, quelques odeurs le soir, très bonnes donc absolument pas pénalisant. Nous avons pleinement profité de cette terrasse, matin et soir! Le quartier est très bien, vivant, petit supermarché hébergé dans un ancien théâtre juste à côté ainsi qu'une pasticerrie, idéale pour les courses, sans compter les nombreux autres commerces et restaurants, mais les nuits sont calmes. Les arrêts de vaporetto se situent à 5 ou 10 min, sinon tout est facilement accessible à pied. Et Elena à été très réactive et aidante, un super séjour! Nous recommendons vivement cet appartement!

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !
