The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished, and has an amazing view of the Grand Canal from the balcony—we absolutely loved it! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station. With carry-on luggage, we really appreciated not having to walk far or cross many bridges, especially on an 80°F day. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The place was just as advertised. Stefano was very communicative and provided clear instructions. It was super helpful that we were able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

We had a wonderful time at Roberto’s! The location is perfect, right by the Biennale and a great base for exploring Venice. The street the apartment is on has everything you need: excellent cafés, restaurants, gelato, a supermarket, and even a pharmacy. It’s a lively area, and we loved grabbing a drink at the bar downstairs before heading to bed. The apartment itself is well-equipped and very comfortable. The terrace was a lovely spot for breakfast in the morning. Lionella was also fantastic. She welcomed us in person and helped with check-in, which was a thoughtful touch and a refreshing change from the usual self-check-ins on Airbnb. All in all, an excellent stay—we’d gladly come back!

Wonderful to stay on the north side away from the hustle. Great coffee and pizza shop very close and spectacular views for our first time in Venice!

Where to begin !!! This place is well worth every cent. It is by far the most beautiful place i’ve been in. The decor the location The beds are very comfortable My family and I had an amazing vacation here. i can’t wait to come back and stay Kitchen is amazing to cook in!! We are thrilled with choice we made to stay here. This Airbnb was so comfortable.. It was spacious and had more than enough bathrooms. It was pristine and clean. It had a traditional Venetian style yet had modern bathrooms and a modern kitchen. The location was ideal. It was so easy to get around. We were near restaurants and water taxis. The stores were steps away. I highly recommend this location and this particular Airbnb. The host was excellent. Anytime we had a question we were met with a quick and informative response. Also great suggestions. We are forever grateful. Thank you for helping us to make wonderful memories in Venice.

We loved staying in Elena’s house during our time in Venice! The location was great as you weren’t right in the heart of the touristy areas, but could easily walk to them with no problem. Elena is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had, as she was very helpful and really cared about our experience while in Venice. The home is absolutely gorgeous too and has so much space. I would book this place again in heartbeat.

Very nice and large palazzo. Great to have 3 large bedrooms and the common areas. Location is very good, easy to get around. Good help with water taxis and restaurants. Only consideration is the palazzo is on third floor with 60 steps up. This could be an issue if mobility is limited. Limited air conditioning has been mentioned but was not an issue for us.

I had a wonderful stay at Natalia's place! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything was well taken care of, and I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout my visit. I really appreciated the warm touches, thoughtful hospitality and Natalia's attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again next time. Thank you!

Fabrizio and his colleague, Sofia, are amazing. They booked a water taxi to help get us from the train station to the apartment. The location is amazing, just a short walk to all the touristy stuff. Once we got to the apartment (which was actually two separate units) the place was very clean! The larger of two apartments has a spacious living and dining area with a fully stocked kitchen and two bedrooms. It is cooled by external cooling unit, which was great. The smaller of the two apartments has the other two bedrooms. It has central air conditioning, so when we went in mid April, the air condition was not allowed to be on per Venice law. It did get a little warm at times but we left the windows open overnight and it cooled the apartment down. Fabrizio and Sofia were extremely helpful throughout the stay. We had a hot water issue in the larger apartment but once we notified the hosts, they came immediately to repair it and we didn't have the issue any more. Overall, we loved our stay!

Domizia was a perfect host and met us when we arrived to show us where everything was and explain anything to us. It is a lovely apartment that was clean and had all the amenities we required. Each room had a TV and the WiFi was very good. There is a bus stop immediately outside the building which goes directly to Venice. About 200m up the road was a supermarket and a chemist. The area also has some decent restaurants. We would definitely stay here again is visiting Venice.

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. Thank you Gilberto and your lovely wife for making our trip so memorable

I was a guest of Alessandra and her family for a relaxing weekend with some friends, with the aim of getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. What can I say, we did a great job! The apartment was perfect, spacious and furnished with every comfort (smart TV, kitchen, multifunction oven, air conditioners) and is located within an estate full of activities for both adults and children (swimming pool, soccer field, darts, ping-pong table, play area for the little ones and so on!). The possibility of using bicycles for free to reach the Lido di Jesolo and the sea is very nice. In short, if I were to return to Jesolo in the future, I would have no doubts, I would come back here!

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

Amazing property. The host and all the property personal were very kind and helpful. There are options for food delivery and such, but it is very difficult to go to grocery store or restaurants without vehicle. Taxi service in this area is not reliable and the closest train station is about 30 min drive. However, the host is genuinely caring and helpful. We did not have a vehicle however, the property personal were very willing to help us with food ordering and helping arrange rides and communicating was very easy by text or call. Our kids loved the pool, the bunnies, the chickens the privacy. The road is busy, but not a highway, just an occasional car from time to time. We had a party of 10 and everyone had plenty of space and we had 2 queen beds and a pull out we did not use. Could house much more. Good bathroom space as well. In my opinion, the property personal went above and beyond what they needed to. Would stay again absolutely. Have nothing negative to say.

The hosts made the stay at their beautiful farmhouse absolutely incredible. My friends and I have relied on public transportation to get around for our journeys, so it was difficult to get around solely on foot in this location since there wasn't much around other than farmlands. We definitely got our steps in! The hosts were so helpful. It was hard to communicate with them because they spoke very little English, but they made such an effort to try to understand us. They brought us breakfast one morning and really made sure that we eating good and making the best of our stay. They provided us with local restaurants and spots to go to in the area. The house itself was so well prepared for us and incredibly peaceful. We enjoyed our stay there so much a second trip might have to be planned soon. The stay was amazing because the hosts were such great people. They even gave us a ride to the bus stop after checking out! You can tell they truly care about the house and the people visiting.

Tania Villa was even better than the pictures showed. The villa had plenty of space both inside and out. The location was secluded and with the pool and tennis courts/football pitch, offered plenty of things to do. The host was responsive and accommodated our needs, including being flexible with our check-in requirements. Thanks for a great stay!

Had a wonderful stay. The outdoor area is a dream. Here and there something would have to be repaired or replaced and the lake is neither suitable for swimming nor fishing, but the pool made up for all that. Very happy to come back!
