Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Venice

What a cute and comfortable place in the quiet mostly car free part of the city with an easy walk to everything. Fantastic hosts with great communication and who obviously give a lot of thought and care to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Will stay here again next time I’m visiting Chioggia.

Es war ein toller Urlaub mit schöner Wohnung. Alles hat gepasst. Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber. Unsere Tochter wollte nicht mehr nach Hause. Es hat an nichts an der Wohnung gefehlt, im Gegenteil wir waren so erstaunt das die Gastgeber wirklich an alles gedacht haben. sauber und makellos. Ganz großes Lob. Wir kommen wieder.

Giulia’s place is incredible! Beautiful, clean, private, felt like home. Giulia is responsible and really kind. Everything was perfect!

3 happy days in very pretty home. A lot of small and pleasant details. Easy to reach the destination, not so far from Venice, 15-20 min walking till rail station and 10 min by train to Santa Lucia rail station from Venice. A supermarket 7-10 min distance. Thanks a lot Zoia for your contribution to our journey.

Ev sahibimiz Walter çok ilgili ve çok sıcakkanlıydı. Evi çok kolay bulduk. Ev ile ilgili talimatları çok netti. Ev çok kullanışlıydı. Eşyalar yeterli ve temizdi. Ben eşim ve kızım çok rahat ettik. Mestreden adaya otobüsle çok kolay ulaştık. Ev otobüs durağına çok yakındı (3-4 dk) Evin hemen karşısında büyük bir market vardı. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı kolaylıkla temin ettik. Venedik harika bir yer. Adada konaklamak istemeyenler burayı hiç tereddüt etmeden tutabilirler.

Spędziłam z moimi córkami kilka dni. Na miejsce dotarłyśmy ok godz 22, czekał na nas gospodarz, wszystko nam pokazał. Apartament jak w opisie. Super lokalizacja. Pościel i ręczniki na miejscu jednak jeśli ktoś nie lubi jednorazowych proponuję zaopatrzeć się w swoje. Niestety z basenu nie skorzystałyśmy ponieważ wymagali czepka (nie wiem czy jest zaznaczone w opisie, bo nie sprawdzałam) . Ogólnie polecam to miejsce i gospodarza

Wir haben uns in Paolas Unterkunft sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Sowohl tagsüber als auch abends ist es sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist durch ein Tor vom Fahrradweg abgeriegelt, somit ist das Gelände nicht von Fremden begehbar. Die Zufahrt zum Haus von der Hauptstraße dauert 15-20 Minuten, daher haben wir Erledigungen und Ausflüge am Liebsten mit dem Fahrrad oder dem nahegelegenen Bus erledigt. Die Ausgangslage für Fahrradtouren, den Besuch der Strände in Cavallino und Jesolo und vorallem die schnell erreichbare Fährenstation nach Venedig machten das Haus für uns perfekt. Einzig die vielen Stechmücken dort machten uns zu schaffen, aber das Haus ist komplett mit Insektenschutzgittern ausgestattet. Deswegen Mückenspray nicht vergessen. Danke Paola, es war rundum großartig

It was a wonderful stay in a lively area next to the water and surrounded by restaurants and shops.

Wir waren zu acht und hatten traumhafte Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Der Garten bietet viele gemütliche Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: vier große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, bequeme Betten, riesige Duschen, Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer und eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Alles ist gepflegt, sicher, beleuchtet – sogar überdachte Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Mülltrennung ist klar geregelt. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei den herzlichen Gastgebern Christine und ihrem Mann: Zur Begrüßung gab es Prosecco und frische Blumen, zum Abschied liebe Worte – so viel Wärme erlebt man selten. Auch Umberto vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge, z. B. nach Venedig, ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe. Selbst als große Gruppe hat man viel Platz zum Rückzug oder Zusammensein. Ein wunderbarer Ort – wir sagen von Herzen Danke!

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig - außerhalb der Jagdsaison. Der Pool ist sauber und genug Liegen sind vorhanden. Wer ein breites Auto hat, bekommt Schwierigkeiten an der Brücke. Die Küchenausstattung ist mäßig, für schnell mal was machen reicht es aber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, man kann sich nur mit italienisch durchwurschteln. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar! Wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt 😊 es war alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bad war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und der Außenbereich war sehr gemütlich. Auch die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr freundlich und haben immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und für uns war die Lage super.

Tolle Vermieter. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Abschied gab's noch Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. Rund Rum Happy Wer ein abgeschiedenes Plätzchen sucht wo man mal für sich sein kann ist hier genau richtig. Wer Trubel und Nähe zu Stadt bevorzugt sollte hier nicht buchen. Beste Grüße Familie Maag

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit grossem Garten ind ruhiger Lage. nächste Stadt, Strand in 7 Fahrminuten erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und alles hat problemlos geklappt.

Great host Fabiano welcomed us and made us feel home

Nice place to stay with kids, close to the sea (about 10 minutes walk), place for outdoor games like soccer etc., close to a grocery store (also with great local wine :o) and next to a pizzeria. Also close to a boat trip to Venice. We stayed there for 5 days. Alberto is a very helpful and easy-going person. We can recommend this accommodation. Enjoy the journey :o) and say ciao to Alberto from us :o)

Erim was a great host. We got in a little earlier than expected and he met us and got us situated in the apartment. The bus stop that takes you into the city was close by. We took the 6L bus in from the piazza Mercato stop. It was 1.5 Euro per person and they do not take cash but it was easy to do and the ride was quick into Venice.

Appartamento molto bello, posizione ottimale e la signora Egle accogliente e molto gentile

Le logement de Jenny est une très bonne surprise pour nous ! Nous y avons passé une seule nuit avant de prendre l'avion tôt le matin mais nous y serions bien resté un peu plus ! C'est un appartement spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire ! Attention que nous avons particulièrement appréciée : deux dosettes de café et de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner nous attendait ! Au vu du peu de temps que nous avions, cela nous a vraiment fait plaisir ! Par ailleurs, je recommande cet appartement pour le gens comme nous qui prenait l'avion a l'aéroport car nous avons pu faire le trajet a pied en 20 min sans nous presser ! Parfait !

We stayed here after booking very last minute due to changes in our travel plans. Stella was incredibly kind and helpful, responded very quickly to all of our questions, and made us feel welcome. We wish we could have stayed longer and we definitely plan to go back!

Aparatamento ótimo, bem localizado com um supermercado ao lado, super limpo e equipado. Ficamos um dia, de quarta para quinta feira e deu um problema no ar condicionado, precisamos abrir a janela para ventilar. Talvez por isso ouvimos muito barulho de caminhão de lixo muito cedo. Ainda assim recomendamos bastante o apartamento

Appartamento molto bello, ordinato e pulito, comodo al centro. Sharon è stata gentile e sempre disponibile ai chiarimenti. Il check in è stato molto facile. Consigliatissimo.

Mariacristina’s home is so well curated! It felt like we were stepping back in time - but with all the modern conveniences one would hope for. The bathrooms featured modern showers and fixtures which we so appreciated after sightseeing throughout Venice. The kitchen allowed us to cook when we wanted, however we tended to dine out a lot because it was so convenient. A short walk took you to cute coffee places, gelato, outdoor markets, grocery stores and lovely outdoor cafes. Right where you want to be, yet when you turn down the street of the apartment it is quiet and peaceful. My husband and I strolled through the neighborhood several nights to soak in the charm of the city. We slept so well! Venice is so unique and we felt this apartment reflected that perfectly. We’ll done!
