A high-level accommodation, domotic and everything from the most modern, just not to stay longer, a postcard and comfort for those who want to spend a special stay, not to mention the host who passes attentive and pleasant, I will definitely stay here again.

We went for the Trianz and it was perfect location , even stayed a few days more than planned. We will go back to this apt when returning to Lecheria for sure!

I would definitely repeat this place. The complex has everything you need to not have to go out, the apartment is in excellent condition, very comfortable and equipped. I recommend 100%

My husband and I stayed in the depa and it was a wonderful experience everything was excellent as the photos and description the super attentive Mr. Antonio responded super fast and the super friendly Mr. Maria the sea view was wonderful and the super relaxing pool loved it so I highly recommend the place my husband and I decided to sleep in the room to hear the sea and it was the maximum we would come back again the very last we do not live here

The apartment was impeccable, very complete, you just have to bring clothes basically, good air conditioning, beautiful view, very well located. The host and co-host's service was excellent. They were very kind, the instructions were quite useful and they were always attentive. I would definitely stay there again.

We were a group of seven people and the house was very comfortable and pleasant, good air conditioning and it has a beach that is accessed through the development with many palm trees and very pleasant, highly recommended

Very nice and tastefully decorated house, with everything you could need, impeccable communication with the Host, always paying attention to the guest's satisfaction! It has a patio that you can access the house apart from the main access with a perfect shower to get from the beach and shower before entering the house. We were left welcome fruits and drinks, toiletries and hygiene were available... Again, everything was very well thought out so that nothing was needed. Highly recommended, we'll be back!!

A very beautiful apartment! Amazing view and its location is very close to the beach, everything is very comfortable and cozy, Mr. Emir and Mrs. Ceila are very attentive, they responded to any of our concerns at any time and even left us a list with the most iconic places in Margarita! Very good internet, there was water at all times and they have a very good tank so we never ran out of water. Excellent Airbnb!

The apartment and the residential complex in which it is located are ideal. I am really pleased with the stay, because the apartment was very well equipped and clean. The staff working in the residences were very kind. The great advantage it has, in addition, is the direct access to the beach and the possibility of using the chairs, sun loungers and awnings of the building. Playa Parguito is a 10-minute walk along the beach, a luxury. And finally, Marlene was an excellent host who also helped me find a solution for transportation on the days I was on the island. This accommodation will undoubtedly be an option when I return to the island.

The place was great for 4 adults and one kid. It is spacious and very close to the tourist areas of beach that we were interested in. The apartment was spotless and very nice. The second bathroom had some themes that would be good to fix, plus everything is perfectly functional without any problems. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect! I loved the apartment and its amenities! I would only suggest that they install a microwave, since there are things that would be easier to heat in it than in the kitchen and dirty a pot or pan... but everything else is excellent! It's a suggestion, nothing bad

Beautiful view to see the sunrise from the main room, I would recommend improving the main bed. it was equipped even with its beach bag and cava. The water tank and its system were comfortable we didn't worry about that issue. The hot pool at night. The TV good resolution and the sofa is large comfortable and family especially if you are bringing children. You have to leave the site by taxi but you are very close to pampatar and the fare is not high We liked it
