The second time I've stayed at Amilcar's house, it's a place with the best views that you can enjoy in total comfort. Everything is clean, well cared for, tasteful. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The person who receives us is always very kind and polite. Whenever I return to Puerto, I will return to this house.

My family and I spent a week in this apartment and it was perfect for our visit. Raiza was willing to help us with whatever we needed at any time, the apartment is comfortable, clean, has what you need and more. A balcony with a great view for working in a great climate.

Our stay was perfect! The house has absolutely everything you could need: appliances of all kinds, utensils, and every detail thought out to make the experience comfortable and worry-free. The view is spectacular, really impressive, and the location is ideal for enjoying Caracas. It is important to have a car to move around comfortably, and luckily the owner of the house rents her own vehicle, which is in excellent condition. In addition, the building's parking lot can be used, which makes visiting the city very easy and convenient. We recommend this property 100%. We would definitely come back!

Amazing view and its location is very close to the beach, everything is very comfortable and cozy, Mr. Emir and Mrs. Ceila are very attentive, they responded to any of our concerns at any time and even left us a list with the most iconic places in Margarita! Very good internet, there was water at all times and they have a very good tank so we never ran out of water. Excellent Airbnb!

Luis's apartment is much nicer than what you see in the photos. The truth is that the apartment is huge and its kitchen is beautiful. It is quite well preserved and with quality details. It has everything you need to have a pleasant stay with the family. Point to highlight, we always had electricity and water! The pool area is quite large and well maintained. Luis was very attentive at the reception and even gave us recommendations for places of interest. Definitely 100% recommended.

The place was great for 4 adults and one kid. It is spacious and very close to the tourist areas of beach that we were interested in. The apartment was spotless and very nice. The second bathroom had some themes that would be good to fix, plus everything is perfectly functional without any problems. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect! I loved the apartment and its amenities! I would only suggest that they install a microwave, since there are things that would be easier to heat in it than in the kitchen and dirty a pot or pan... but everything else is excellent! It's a suggestion, nothing bad

Beautiful view to see the sunrise from the main room, I would recommend improving the main bed. it was equipped even with its beach bag and cava. The water tank and its system were comfortable we didn't worry about that issue. The hot pool at night. The TV good resolution and the sofa is large comfortable and family especially if you are bringing children. You have to leave the site by taxi but you are very close to pampatar and the fare is not high We liked it
