Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sogar geräumiger als erwartet. Die Möbel sind nicht die allerneusten dafür aber hervorragend gepflegt und wirklich sehr sauber! Gemütliche Betten, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein top gepflegtes Bad. Zwei schöne kleine Balkone um am Abend einen Apperitivo zu trinken. Beste Lage da sehr ruhig in einer gehobenen Umgebung aber dennoch sehr zentral. Grazie Mille!

Der beste Platz für schöne Tage in Venedig!!! Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit dem schönsten Ausblick auf die Lagune und Venedig, den man haben kann. Perfekt ausgestattet mit viel freiem Stauplatz. 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Parkplatz vor der Türe frei verfügbar. Einmal um's Eck eine Bar mit cornetti, ein Feinkostgeschäft mit allem, was das Herz begehrt und ein Gemüsehändler. Wir sind mit dem Rad ca. 5 min zur Vaporetto-Station gefahren. War ideal. Wir haben das Quartier schon so vielen Freunden weiterempfohlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Auf dem Lido etwas abseits vom Trubel der Hauptinsel zu wohnen, hat uns gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig mit großem Esstisch und zwei Bädern sehr komfortabel.

Die großzügige Wohnung liegt ruhig und zentral und ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Sowohl Küche als auch Badezimmer, Kinder- und Elternschlafzimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße im Wohngebiet. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Auch der nächste Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Auch zur Fähre nach Venedig sind es nur wenige Minuten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Lage in der Nähe zum Strand ist toll, zu den belebteren Straßen nahe der Anlegestelle des Vaporetto sind es 10-12 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist eher zweckmäßig als luxuriös, zwei Zimmer plus ein Raum der als Küche/Esszimmer/Wohnzimmer dient, aber das war für den Preis völlig ok. Schön war, dass uns jemand persönlich empfangen hat.

Elisabetta nagyon kedves, jó házigazda. Minden kérdésre gyorsan válaszolt. ki-bejelentkezésnél rugalmas volt. mindennel felszerelt lakás. A kis kert is aranyos volt. jól éreztük magunkat, köszönjük.

This had all the amenities of a home with the feel of a hotel. The linens smelled nice. The a/c worked well. There were small touches around the home to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood was busy but it never disturbed us. Highly recommend this home. I’m so glad our family of 4 booked this Airbnb.

Eine nette und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, super und hilfreiche Kommunikation, sehr ruhig und von Sternjasmin aus der Umgebung duftende Nachbarschaft. Super Schlafsofa, alles sehr nett! Ich hatte nicht verstanden, das der Balkon nicht exklusiv ist sondern mit 2 Wohnungen Geteilt wird, aber für meine Mutter und mich egal, der Strand ist ja nahe! This fabulous palace apartment is located in a great central location within a 15 minute walk of anywhere you want to visit in Venice. It is also steps away from the public water bus and gondola crossing the Grand Canal. The view of the Grand Canal right out the window is spectacular, and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The building also has an elevator, which is rare for Venice.The host was very responsive and was wonderful to set up a water taxi for our arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the decor makes you feel like you are a special guest of Venetian royalty. It has ample space for entertaining friends or having a nice meal under the gorgeous Murano chandelier. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Venice that wants a touch of luxury in a perfect location.

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

Sofia ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt mit kleinen Extras, wie z.B. Frühstücksgebäck oder einer (verpackten) Zahnbürste im Bad oder eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Bei Hitze gab es einen Fächer und Regenwetter konnten wir Schirme leihen - das sind die kleinen Dinge, die einem das Gefühl geben willkommen zu sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pontosan azt kapod, ami a leírásokban szerepelt. Maria Rosa előre megkérdezte minden igényünket és be is tartotta. A kulcsot azonnal megtaláltuk, könnyű volt bejutni. Tiszta, kényelmes, családoknak és baráti társaságnak is alkalmas apartman. Kettő gyönyörű fürdőszoba és toalett. Nagy hálószobák, jól működő klima minden helységben, gyors internet, smart TV. A konyha jól felszerelt, mosógép, mosogatógép, microhullámú sütő grillfunkcióval, hatalmas hűtőszekrény, nagy fagyasztóval. Gáztűzhely, villanysütő légkeveréssel, páraelszívóval. A saját otthonodnak megfelelő kényelem. Minden nyílászárón külső redőny. 2 erkély. Parkolni ingyenesen tudsz közel az utcán. A legközelebbi tengerpart az 5 csillagos Excelsior Hotelhez tartozik és fizetős. Ha csak egy szál törölközővel mész egyet úszni, akkor nem küldenek el. Az ingyenes partszakaszok 10-15 perc sétára vannak. A waporettóhoz helyi busszal tudsz menni és a szállás elől indul a busz. Visszatérünk pár év múlva! Köszönjük Mary Rosa Guest Hosue!

Wir wollten die Theaterbiennale in Venedig mit der Möglichkeit sich am Meer zu erholen verbinden. Das Apartment liegt direkt am Meer, so dass wir morgens und/oder abends ins Meer springen konnten. Außerdem haben wir die funktionale Möblierung sehr geschätzt.

Schöne Unterkunft am Lido, zentral gelegen, wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier, haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Paolo, auf dem Lido. Paolo war sehr herzlich und immer da, um Fragen zu beantworten. Er stellte uns Fahrräder zur Verfügung und gab uns schöne Hinweise für Ausflüge oder wo wir am besten Einkaufen konnten. Die Lage des Apartments war so, dass wir raus aus dem Trubel waren, aber nah genug, um jederzeit die Fähren oder den Strand zu erreichen. Wir haben auch den Außenbereich sehr genossen und oft im Garten gegessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

We loved our stay in Canareggio. The location was perfect away from all the crowds but still very accessible. Much easier to get there from the train station than Piazzale Roma if you have luggage (the bridge from Piazzale Roma is big and has lots of steps). The apartment was comfortable and beautifully styled. The lift was great with luggage. The only (slight) negative is that the curtains in the bedroom are sheer, so it was very bright in the morning. But overall a wonderful stay in an excellent area!

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Wonderful stay! Our host was very friendly and told us a both of recommendations on what do in the city. My friend and I loved the bath tub and sauna! Would stay again.

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.
