I enjoyed my stay as the house was easy to access. The flat itself is very modern with essential installations that made my stay enjoyable. Overall an excellent value for money except for the periodic smoke coming from the iltalian restaurant downstairs.

This place is perfect ! A little piece of Fontaine bleau heaven . Our Host Aurélien thought of everything for our stay. He really went above and beyond from welcome to check out. The apartment is beautiful inside and everything is how described . The location is perfect . We feel lucky to have found this little Gem and hope it won’t be long again until we can return here . What a wonderful apartment in a beautiful setting, we would recommend without hesitation and would love to stay here again. I must agree with a previous review and say it’s better than the photos. Lots of space, everything you need, and a very nice host. There are about three flights of stairs the last being a little steep. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had just about everything we needed for our two week stay. The small patio in the backyard that was “ours” was very nice and overlooked their beautiful garden. Whether it be looking out the windows or sitting on the dock on the Seine, we thoroughly enjoyed watching the barge traffic go back-and-forth, not to mention the rowers and kayakers, etc. The town is very nice, albeit about a 30 minute walk to the center, with a patisserie, a great fully stocked grocery store, a good pharmacy and some nice restaurants. Fontainebleau is a lovely town only a 5 or 6 minute car ride away and the Fontainebleau forest has many trails

We stayed here for a wedding and had the most lovely time. What a rare find - an airbnb that can fit 4+ people with 2 full bathrooms!! Not to mention, the place exceeded our expectations - the photos did not do it justice. It's much bigger than we expected and it was so clean and lovely. Nadia was also really responsive and great at accommodating our request for an early check in. We really appreciate our time and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect accommodation for a stopover near Fontainebleau. Quiet environment. parking sometimes a little far from the accommodation, but always on the street, depending on the arrival time. Steep access staircase, but overall it's a great place.

The perfect place to stay for our boulder weekend in fontainebleau :) 4x 2-person beds, 2 showers, 1 restroom, and 2 underground car spaces was perfect for 6 people.

Lovely hosts. We came across them when we arrived and the welcome was there! Presentations made, we discover the accommodation (they offered us a larger accommodation because it was available) the apartment is spacious, delicately decorated and with 2 bedrooms. We had a small request and they were more than responsive. good quality beds, clean sheets and towels too. Very good stay!! thank you

Very good stay in Fontainebleau in Diogo's studio. It is very well located in the center of Fontainebleau, ideal for visiting the city, the castle and hiking in the forest.

My friend and I have a great time in this little haven of peace. We spent a moment out of time, and even got to enjoy the pool. The property is phenomenal, less than an hour from the capital. It's ideal for a little time connected with nature. Thomas and Emma and Darling their dog are fabulous hosts, we'll be back! Thank you very much for this enchanted break!

Incredible stay. The apartment is updated, beautiful and spacious. The grounds are very peaceful and maintained. The location is right across the street from the chateau, can’t beat it. Charles and Melis were wonderful to interact with and even went the extra mile by kindly offering to help us navigate the local real estate market. Highly recommend!

Alex is very responsive and thoughtful. The rental is really consistent with the photos on the site. The accommodation is very clean and pleasant, and allows a very nice evening with its spacious spa bath with its powerful jets. The only small remark would be that it is on the edge of the road, but the double glazing makes it possible to greatly reduce the noise, knowing that at night there is not much traffic. If you want a romantic and quiet evening: I recommend it! Sandrine
