The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Ci trovate nel centro storico del paese di Fontecchio (AQ) a solo 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale del paese. Beautiful independent villa on land of about one hectare, with olive groves, centuries-old oak and enchanting views of the green of the Roveto Valley. Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and cycling, horseback riding, visits to the hermitages. A few kilometers away: Sora, the enchanting waterfall of Isola del Liri, Lake Posta Fibreno, Zompo il Schioppo nature reserve, Sponga Park, the castle of Balsorano, the tunnels of Claudio and Alba Fucens.

The house is tastefully furnished in rustic style and equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay. the owners live permanently in a cabin located on the same land
