The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Honestly, I’m pretty critical of places that I stay. This is definitely on the top of my list. Claudia was very attentive to ensure that I was comfortable in her rental. There are a few other places here in Medellin that I really like and I must admit, this is one of them.

Excellent location, apartment was very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Keep in mind this is on a third floor walk-up, not ideal for those with kids or disabilities. Lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Quiet, beautiful lively neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again with my family!

The house is beautiful, very comfortable, the rooms have comfortable beds, air conditioning, everything is very organized and clean. Gema's wonderful service, delicious cooking, with a very friendly and super helpful attitude. Liliana was in constant communication with us, giving us all the necessary information. Cauca Viejo is charming, a dream town. We had a very nice weekend, we will definitely come back.

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

The place is very nice, clean, cozy and private. It exactly matches what is shown in the promotional photos. The only observation is that, during our stay, there were many flies, which is quite annoying. I hope they find a solution to chase them away. Andrés, the host, was very attentive, kind and responded quickly to our questions and needs. We had a great time!

If you are interested in visiting this area, this is likely the most beautiful house around! From the landscape, to the incredible detail of the decorations and you don’t need a car to go anywhere. You can hear the river from the many terraces, and the public, paved trail is just behind the property. Highly recommend this location and the service from start to finish was impeccable.

Casa Colibrí was absolutely peaceful and unforgettable! This lake house in Guatapé has been hands down our favorite stay. The views of the lake were beautiful and swimming in the lake from the dock was a highlight for us and our 2 year old son. Along with Mona the dog, the sweetest pup you’ll ever meet. We were there in rainy season, which was mostly sunny every day with rain in the evenings. So if you’re wondering whether you should come in rainy season, you should! The house itself was cozy, spotless, and fully stocked for a relaxing getaway. The artistic touches make the home one of a kind. We were especially appreciative of the recommendations from our host—we received massages at the house and took an amazing boat ride. Even though it’s tucked away in nature, it was surprisingly easy to get around, with quick access to the town and the famous Piedra del Peñol via motochiva. If you’re looking for a place to experience tranquility, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Casa Chévere for a short friends’ retreat and absolutely loved it! The house is fantastic — fully equipped with everything you might need, from the kitchen to the outdoor areas. It’s spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making the place feel welcoming and complete. Communication with Sergio and Brenda was excellent from the start — always responsive, kind, and helpful. Fabio, the property manager, was also great to work with: friendly, professional, and attentive to anything we needed during our stay. The location is easy to access, and once you arrive, it’s the perfect spot to relax, connect, and enjoy time with friends. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Chévere to anyone looking for a well-appointed and thoughtfully managed place to stay.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. a 5-star stay!! Jorge Luis was very kind and was very attentive to what I needed. The apartment is very well located, it is very close to the town's subway station. Its location is perfect and it has everything you need! Air conditioning in case you want to sleep with the window closed, because it really is very cool. a good workspace and the bed and sofa are very comfortable. I also liked the style of the apartment a lot!!

Urban Studios is my favorite place to stay in Medellin! Restaurant, Gym, Pool, and Jacuzzi. All in your building! Jessica’s place was on the 17th floor and had a great view. The blinds are controlled with a remote. It has 2 big TVs. All the amenities that you need. The building security are also very friendly and kind. Will be back soon!
