Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Vendres

We had a great stay. Romain is a responsive, friendly, and patient host. His place is exactly as pictured and was relatively easy to find. You’ll need to rely on a rental car or taxi service for the location. Not ideal for people with mobility issues as only one room is on the bottom floor. The other rooms are accessible via a slim staircase. Two rooms are situated near each other with three rooms total in the main part of the house. The other two you access by walking in the courtyard. The space was great for our needs as we were several families traveling together, total of 9 people. We had the space to eat and spend time together while also have some time apart during our trip. A large grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. Béziers train station is roughly 12 minutes away. Romain met us for both check in and check out times and was flexible when our party had different arrival times. I’d recommend Romain’s place to anyone looking for a lovely holiday.

This apartment house is outstanding compared with many other accomodations we had in the past. Close to the St. Pierre la mer beach (walking distance 200 m), 5 minutes with the car to the St. Pierre promenade with lots of restaurants, a local market every day (8 to 13), extraordinarily equipped apartment and so forth. We were two couples (my wife and me, my daughter with husband and three kids. Sufficient space inside and outside the building with two terraces, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, everything lovingly furnished by our host Adeline (and Stephane, of course). Concierge service is available taking care of key handover, laundry / linen exchange if required, problem solving etc. We are happy to recommend this beautiful piece of jewelry in form of a holiday home from the bottom of our heart.

La petite maison de Patrick est tout à fait exceptionnelle. Nichée au milieu de la garrigue, elle est très joliment décorée et bénéfice d’un cadre idyllique et paisible. Malgré la chaleur du mois de juin la maison reste fraîche. La terrasse est très agréable à la fin de la journée. Patrick est très accueillant et très arrangeant. Le restaurant à 2 minutes à pied de la maison est délicieux et avec un excellent service. Vraiment nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et espérons revenir prochainement.

Un excellent séjour passé au sein de cette magnifique maison !   Nous avons été conquis par la splendide (et panoramique) vue mer ainsi que par le cadre exceptionnel qu’offre cette maison, fidèle aux photos de l’annonce. L’emplacement de ce logement à la Franqui est idéal et nous avons pu tout faire à pieds (accès à la plage et de nombreuses balades depuis cet emplacement). La maison est très agréable d’extérieur (jardin arboré et ombragé par endroits, plusieurs terrasses bien aménagées et équipées, au mobilier confortable). Elle est aussi dotée d’un intérieur impeccable, propre, lumineux, pratique, à la décoration chaleureuse et soignée dans toutes les pièces et super bien équipé notamment dans la cuisine (de bons équipements, des rangements, beaucoup de vaisselle et de produits ménagers à disposition…). Comme nous, vous ne manquerez de rien durant votre séjour et vous pourrez être pris de regrets, le moment venu, de quitter cet havre de paix.

Maison très agréable, conforme aux photos, emplacement très calme, non loin des commodité, je recommande vivement à tous. L’hôte est très réactif et s’adapte à vos besoins.

This is a beautiful, old, typically French Domaine. The outside space is especially beautiful with a large gravelled area, perfect for outside living. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to feed us all. The tortoises were lovely, our nearly two year old granddaughter loved them. We also loved the pool. Jacqueline lives next door and was very helpful, luckily we had a French speaker with us to help. Martin is always available via messages to help too. Very well situated for a quick drive to the supermarket, local towns and the general area.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment entre copines La maison est fidèle aux photos avec quelque chose en plus quand on y est en vrai !! Un moment suspendu dans lequel tout a été prévu, des attentions très agréables dans la cuisine, la salle de bain , pour la plage, contre les moustiques … Merci beaucoup ce lieu est très inspirant!! La villa de Gregory est vraiment super. Nous avons pu profiter d'un long week-end au calme. La villa est aussi très bien située et nous avons découvert Narbonne et les villages aux alentours avec des étoiles dans les yeux ! Gregory s'est rendu très disponible, ce qui était très agréable. C'est un hôte vraiment accueillant. Merci beaucoup !

We had a wonderful time staying at Karyne’s place. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and the town centre very close by, and the apartment itself is very quiet and private. Karyne was incredibly thoughtful with her instructions and very responsive with any question we had. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Narbonne.

Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und umfangreich. Die Einrichtung hat alles geboten, was für einen Wohlfühlurlaub benötigt wird. Unsere absolute 5 Sterne Empfehlung!

Traumhafte Tage in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft. Mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Pool, die Tischtennisplatte und der Garten sorgen für schöne Momente draußen. In der Unterkunft fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt.

Schönes Appartement in toller Lage mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce petit nid très bien aménagé, propre et beau. Christine a toujours été réactive et les échanges étaient fluides et très agréables. Par ces fortes chaleurs, le studio est très frais. Nous y reviendrons c'est certain.

Da Nathalie ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, l'appartamento è molto bello e grande, tutto nuovo! L'appartamento si trova in una grande casa datata ma dentro è davvero bello e pulito! C'è persino una grande corte interna con piscina. Si vede proprio come Nathalie faccia questo lavoro con piacere, ci hanno dato anche degli ottimi consigli su dove andare. Eravamo in giro con un piccolo cane ed è andata benissimo! Grazie Nathalie, se passiamo in zona tornere sicuramente a soggiornare da te!!

Le logement de Stephanie est extrêmement bien situé, avec une vue extraordinaire sur Sète, parfaitement calme, d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé . Tout y est , que ce soit pour la salle de bains ou la cuisine, y compris un fond de cuisine important et appréciable. En outre, Stéphanie est très accueillante, à la disposition de ses locataires pour quelque renseignement que ce soit. Autre point tout à fait appréciable : on peut tout faire à pied (ou à vélo) de chez elle. Donc à proximité de la ville, avec une terrasse et un petit jardin à disposition ! Merci Stéphanie pour cet excellent séjour. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Très bon accueil de la part de Philippe, c’est un hôte attentif au bon déroulement de votre séjour et disponible en cas de besoin. Toujours joignable. En ce qui concerne l’appartement, en plus d’être super bien situé, proche de la plage, du centre-ville, et du port, il est vraiment très agréable, joliment décoré, bien équipé et très fonctionnel. De la terrasse, on a vu sur des dunes (sauvages), qui donne accès à un sentier longeant les falaises, dominant, la mer (magnifique) idéal pour les promenades et le jogging. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (bien trop court), et nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation l’appartement de Philippe. Martine et Pascal

Très bel appartement pour un séjour très agréable

Appartement conforme à l'annonce et à la description effectuée. Très bonne literie. Quartier plutôt calme, un peu excentré. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied. Le parking est sécurisé. Les instructions pour l'arrivée sont claires et précises. Pierre Marie est accueillant, disponible et réactif. Logement à recommander !

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Communication with Helene was as good as it gets. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled in. She got back to us immediately when we had small issues or questions. And she met us upon checkout to make sure that went smoothly. The space is a bit smaller than expected, though I believe the size was stated exactly in the listing. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could need. And the balcony was nicer and had a better view of the saltmarsh than we expected. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. The location, while not right by anything you would want to visit, is centrally located for all the things you might want to visit. Having the bikes completely made the trip and made accessing all areas, including the town, the beaches, and the saltmarsh, easy and pleasurable.

Excellent week end passé dans cette appartement. Le logement est très fonctionnel, propre et très bien situé. L’hôte est très sympathique , réactive et s adapte à nos demandes.
