The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

How can I even put into words how great our stay was? My friend and I stayed with Deepu and Christine in Anya's place for a month, and during that month we felt like we became part of the family. The annex is completely private and so spacious, the roof terrace is a particular highlight in the evenings. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. It was immaculately clean. The breakfast deserves it's own songs, we felt so lucky to experience a huge variety of authentic and delicious home cooked Kerala breakfast, with coffee and delicious juices, in the beautiful dining room. Deepu and Christine are some of the most open hearted, generous, and kind spirited people I've ever met, and our heartfelt conversations will forever stay with me. Anything at all that we wanted, Deepu was ready to help, from local recommendations to help booking trips. I can't recommend this place enough and I will treasure our time there forever.

Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

I'd booked the place for my friends to stay for my engagement function. Everything was amazing and the house was also pretty great! The management took care of all concerns we had and it was an amazing stay.

It was great stay overall. The place was exactly like the pictures. We had a amazing stay. The stay was totally private. There are helpers in the next compound. The view is totally amazing and the pool was cleaned daily. The cleaner helped a lot. if you prefer cooking they have utensils. Limited restaurant choice if you prefer to order food. Perfect for both family and group. We had a great time and recommend everyone to try this place.

Great spot, close to the beach and a couple of other spots. On-site staff were so helpful, and friendly.

The stay was very pleasant. We were with the family. Kids enjoyed the place very well. Jeejo was very helpful. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the property. They have provided a shower in the garden which is very useful when you return from the beach.

It was a very nice and comfy atmosphere. Mr Eldho was very friendly and very cooperative. All the amenities were good and neatly arranged. Smooth check in and check out. Highly recommended.

This was one of the best stays we've ever had. Mr. Deepu is very passionate about the homestay, and it really shows. The house was super clean and very well maintained. It’s a beautiful villa with all the necessary amenities. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The place is super peaceful and refreshing, surrounded by a nutmeg plantation. The food was delicious and made with great care. We also enjoyed the lovely outdoor spaces it was perfect for relaxing. Spacious, very well-equipped, exceptionally comfortable and clean property, conveniently located for accessing and exploring Cherpunkal, Pala and surrounding areas. The house is just a few metres from the busy Pala-Ettumanoor road, yet it's tucked away in a quiet place, and is quite peaceful. There are several good eateries and supermarkets within walking distance -- there's even a shopping arcade nearby. The house looks better than in the photos -- all bedrooms have en-suite facilities and each floor has it's own large living and dining areas. Plus, there's ample car parking space. Mr. Saju and Melvin are wonderful hosts, who receive you personally when you arrive, and are always ready to help. Me and my family had a wonderful week-long stay here, and the next time we are in the area, we'll certainly look to return!!

Close to the city, yet quite and peaceful stay. Large look alike rooms. Well equipped kitchen with all amenities and a large hall. Highly recommended.

Nebu's house has all the amenities to make for a pleasant stay. He was a responsive host and easy to get a hold of.

We stayed for 2 weeks at jeffins place. Highly recommend! Jeffin was a great host, very responsive! The place was neat and tidy, there was a lot of attention to details which we appreciated as the guests. Instructions were very clear , with directions to the place. I would highly recommend this accommodation if you're looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet to stay but equally with access to the city.

Your place is a peaceful vibe!! We enjoyed each and every seconds inside and outside.. Minimal use of movables, new type of internal fittings, bathroom with all type of personal cleansing items.. Seriously we are like didnt want to leave from there😅.
