Elena was an amazing person. From the beginning, I felt the warmth. Although I only stayed one day, the place is close to the airport, so taking a Bolt is not very expensive. In addition, the place looks better in person than in the photos. It's very clean and I highly recommend it.

This apartment was brilliantly located right in the heart of Madrid on Gran Via. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed and expected. All very clean and well equipped. The host and colleague really helped me with a tricky situation - I had to find a replacement tyre for my car and whilst my Spanish is poor, they recommended a couple of useful options to help me get the car fixed. I really appreciated the support and help. We would highly recommend this apartment.

the truth is that they have a very quiet beautiful house, a pity that the neighbors were in construction. Puia has been great, she gave us all the facilities I had available and very polite. That can't be better. If we go back to that area, we will go again.

We had a great time in the apartment. Bedrooms were very nice as well two bathrooms were sufficient for a big group. Perfect size for big group. Great neighbourhood as well!

Apartment in very good location. All kinds of amenities as soon as you leave the building. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything you need for a two-week stay. Oscar was super flexible and diligent helping us modify the dates and with the time of departure. Definitely recommended. Thank you very much!

Excellent apartment, 10 min walk from the Gran Via and with a store to buy what you need in front and two metro stations less than 2 min away, including the one that takes you to the airport. I'd stay in the apartment again without a second thought.

We were very comfortable in the apartment. It was clean and nicely equipped. It is located in a very central and well-connected area. The service with Isabel was excellent, always attentive to whether we needed anything. We will definitely repeat it.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by lively bars, delicious restaurants, pharmacies, and a supermarket just around the corner. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming, and we loved being able to explore Madrid on foot. The accommodation was clean, nice bright apartment, excellent location, the landlord answered quickly and clearly, we liked everything very much!

The location is very good, you can get to many places on foot, many possibilities to eat. And very quiet for sleeping. Very comfortable beds. We'll be back for sure
