The villa boasts a 230m² terrace with a private heated pool of 26m². The living area spans 340m² and all areas are fully air-conditioned. The spacious outdoor area offers a swimming pool with sun loungers, a large pergola with a summer kitchen and grill, as well as seating and dining areas.
