A fabulous apartment and hosts! It's in the middle of the touristic center, but as it's a "penthouse" and there are no beer-bars under the buildings, it feels very private. Be ready to make 130 steps up, which makes it an amazing cardio! There was a smart TV where I was able to add my Google account so my parents were able to watch their favorite movies on YouTube. The apartment basically had everything we needed. I'm very satisfied!

Lovely bright apartment, in a residential neighbourhood with city centre, shops and restaurant in easy walking distance. The place was clean, tastefully furnished and everything worked. The beds were firm but very comfortable. The kitchen had many basics supplied, we especially appreciated the mokka (espresso) maker. Ines is very friendly and responded quickly to questions prior booking. I am originally from the area and will definitely stay again when visiting family.

We had a lovely time. The accommodation offers everything you could wish for. The location is great in that you can do many places and excursions on foot, by bike or by car. The accommodation offers time to rest. And the amenities are great. Various glasses, plates and kitchen utensils are available. The terrace is sunny all day :) Unfortunately, the stairwell is a little audible.

We had a very nice time in Karlovy Vary. The apartment is well appointed and is very well located. Downtown and the thermal are quick to reach. Only the street is sometimes a bit noisy.

We are very excited about the apartment of Debora and Stephan. It is tastefully and cozily furnished and is beautifully quiet. The beautiful baroque garden can be reached on foot. However, the area offers much more, which is easily accessible by car or train. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very nice and the location is excellent. The house is at almost 900 meters altitude and offers a fantastic, unobstructed view down to the valley of Karlovy Vary. Great hiking trails start directly from the house – we were on beautiful tours and hardly met other people, although there were just Easter holidays. The tranquility here is truly unique and there is plenty of space. There's probably a little more going on in the summer and winter. You can take great excursions into nature or explore the small places and old mining mines in the area. Karlovy Vary is also not far away and definitely worth a visit. There is generally a lot to discover in the area. The communication with Barbora was friendly, quick and helpful at all times. She went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house is cozy, well equipped and perfect for anyone looking for nature and tranquility.

Margitta welcomed us personally and immediately gave us some tips for exploring the surroundings. Margitta is very prudent, accommodating and there remained nothing to be desired. In short, it was a pleasant stay in a beautiful area with friendly, warm people.

The stay at Yvonne's was great! The house is located about halfway between Annaberg-Buchholz and Oberwiesenthal and is well connected to both places by bus. But you can also start beautiful hikes from the apartment. Yvonne has designed the apartment very lovingly, we found it very cozy. We didn't lack anything, thank you.

We booked the accommodation for a short break. Directly upon arrival, we were already warmly welcomed by Ines and thus felt very comfortable. For our four-legged friends, there was also a small welcome package. The accommodation is furnished with attention to detail, making you feel right at home. Our highlight was enjoying the sunset in the evening. This could be observed wonderfully from the balcony. The surrounding area is very quiet and offers many opportunities for hiking. We would recommend this place anytime!

We spent three days in the beautiful apartment and in beautiful Chemnitz. The location of the apartment is very quiet and yet central. The decor is very tasteful and the apartment is very clean. We can really recommend them very highly.

Very great apartment, very large and perfectly equipped with two bathrooms. Super clean kitchen and everything you need is there. Even if there is no more space to park in the courtyard, there is a public parking lot on the opposite side of the street.

Great, listed four-sided courtyard, very idyllic ambience with adjoining equestrian complex and several ponds and lots of nature, really ingenious apartment with tasteful, very individual furniture, old beams combined with new interior design, plenty of space on over 100 sqm also for large families or 2 couples with children, large kitchen with full equipment also suitable for long-term stays, bathrooms and, and, and. Our children also got very qualified riding lessons and my husband and I finally went out again - with riding teacher, on very well-trained school horses. Next summer we have already booked 2 weeks at a time!

Very nice hosts , very nice place with the most charming view from the balcony and sauna in this house . We had a good time and were able to stay another couple of hours after checkout . It was very nice . We recommend spending time and visiting this house 💫

The accommodation was very clean and offered all the amenities needed for a stay. The parking lot is a bonus for me, as you don't have to search for long. The only small shortcoming, but what a whine at a high level: a small lamp in the living room would have been desirable, because otherwise you only have the choice between darkness or bright lighting. I would definitely come back! ☺️
