The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the middle of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but is newly renovated in respect of the long-standing history of the house. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sandy colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall contains lots of coziness, pretzel nooks, and stories.

In the large living room you can play on the professional pool table or relax with a movie/series on the 65 "SmartTV. It is 7-8 minutes by car to a small sandy beach at Hesteskoen.

Easy parking is available in the area. The Øgade neighborhood offers many take away places, but there is also the possibility to cook your own food in the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave as well as a fridge/freezer. The sleeping areas: living room (sleeping for 1 person) and bedroom with 2 beds in 3/4 bed.

Lejligheden er ideel for par og singler, der ønsker ro og grønne omgivelser samtidig med at være tæt på midtbyens mange seværdigheder. Lejligheden består af en entré, en rummelig stue, et stort soveværelse med garderobe og arbejdsplads, nyt og fuldt udstyret køkken og et mindre badeværelse med separat brus.

Lettere udstyret køkken med de mest nødvendige køkkenredskaber og service. Badeværelset er meget lille. Man kan godt gå i bad, men der er ingen bruseniche. Kunstmuseum og station i gåafstand, og skoven lige overfor. Udsigten til vores store grønne have kan nydes både inde og ude. Lån en cykel af os, stil din bil i forhaven eller tag bussen (næsten) lige til døren. Vi bor selv i ejendommen og holder meget af det. Det håber vi også, at du vil.

Enjoy the simple life of this peaceful and centrally located area. It is 2 km to the city center. 250 meters to the nearest supermarket, 100 meters to the bus and green areas with forest. New kitchen and newer bath, with everything in appliances. There is a connecting living room and bedroom, a small distribution hall, kitchen and bathroom. The garden and terrace are private and are not a rental.

Newly renovated annex centrally in Vejgaard with a short distance to both Aalborg city center and the harbor. Consists of a room with a bed (140) sofa bed and dining table. In addition, a small kitchen and bathroom. Both are newly established. Of course there is wifi and TV. The annex is secluded in connection with my garage. There is a private entrance through the garage or garden. Well met😉

Go to a concert at Musikkens hus, shopping in Aalborg's fine streets or have a coffee or a ball in Østre Anlæg. You are close to everything. The apartment is small and well utilized and has what you need and not much else.
