Fernando is a wonderful, very forth-coming host who will try his best to accommodate you and your needs. I came to Conil for a holiday with my sister but we also came to work. For my work as an online therapist, I depended on a great internet connection. Unfortunately, the internet was not stable and caused some distress. However, in this phase, Fernando, tried his best to make the situation easier for us. After our stay, the host even confirmed that the apartment now does have a router and he made sure to make the internet situation much better for when we come next. This really demonstrated great care and attention to us - the guests. I am sure that you will have a wonderful time there. The flat is perfectly located - extremely central and just around the corner from the main lively area where all the little shops and restaurants are. You can also see the sea from both the bedroom and the terrace. Just perfect. We will be back! Thank you for having us, Fernando.

Exactly as pictured. More spacious than I expected. We had one night while waiting for the ferry and this was perfect. We parked at ferry station, which made our early morning easier. Sofa bed was made up and waiting as we had 4 people. Kitchen seemed well stocked, though we didn’t use it. Balcony views were impressive!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The flat was cozy and comfortable and we loved the upstairs terrace. It is large with beautiful plants, tables and sun loungers and we used it a lot. Everywhere is in easy walk including all the restaurants and the beach. We loved Conil and Juani’s place too!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alfonso. L'appartement est très bien équipé ( climatisation, machine à laver, aspirateur, literie impeccable, vaisselle nombreuses...) très propre et le parking est un réel plus. Une fois la voiture garée, vous pouvez tout faire à pied: centre ville et plage. La vue est magnifique du 8e étage. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

todo genial, la ubicación, el piso super cómodo, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, la conexión a Internet genial, pude trabajar sin inconvenientes, las distancias y la disponibilidad a cada lugar genial. y el recibimiento y la atención fueron buenísimas. fue una linda experiencia.

Un pequeño oasis dentro de un paraíso ! El alojamiento es increíble para desconectar y conectar con la zona. Todo limpio, ordenado, cama muy cómoda, cerca de la playa y de la zona principal de ocio, y unos anfitriones de 10 estrellas!!! Sin duda será sitio de parada obligatoria todo los años.😍

Fantástica ubicación, muy cerquita del mar y del centro de Conil. El apartamento es tal y como se describe y está impecable. Javier es super amable y atento, da gusto tratar con él. Repetiremos seguro!

Excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. Property is very comfortable and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. Property is excellently located in old town with everything just a few minutes away. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Danke Mireia für den tollen Aufenthalt in deinem Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der kleine Wintergarten war toll bei schlechtem Wetter. Das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück war perfekt für unsere Hunde. Auch dass die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll war hat uns super gefallen. Danke auch nochmal dass du dich so gut gekümmert hast dass wir unser Wohnmobil sicher abstellen können. Es hat zwar doch nicht in die Einfahrt gepasst, aber es stand direkt vor dem Haus an der Straße sehr sicher in der Ubanisation. Danke auch an Churro für seine Unterstützung. Eine Oase inmitten von Conil. Wir haben die Zeit in Amandas Haus mit unseren beiden kleinen Töchtern sehr genossen. Das Haus hat einen traumhaften Garten, einen sehr gepflegten Pool und im Wohnzimmer hat man das Gefühl mitten im Garten zu sein. Der Raum ist lichtdurchflutet und man hat einen einmaligen Blick durch das große Panoramafenster (noch größer als es auf den Bildern erscheint). Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Amanda war immer sehr freundlich, hat umgehend geantwortet und man merkt, dass sie sich gut um das Haus und die Gäste kümmert. Die Lage ist zentral genug um in die Stadt zu laufen, aber ruhig genug um einen entspannten Urlaub abseits der Stadt zu machen. Wir sind immer nach Conil oder zum Strand mit unseren beiden Kindern gelaufen. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants, Cafes und einen Supermarkt. 100% zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank.

La casa es muy acogedora, Alonso muy amable y en contacto con nosotros siempre que lo necesitamos. Nuestros peludos estuvieron muy a gusto. Casita para unas largas vacaciones o una simple escapada 🙏❤️

The house is wonderful ,it’s close to the restaurants and has a grocery store across the street . It was just a five minute walk to the beautiful beach . We really enjoyed the back yard and so did our pups ! Thanks for sharing your comfy cozy home with us ! We had a great time ! Thanks so much :))

La casa era tal y como se describía en la descripción y las fotos, una casa pequeñita suficiente para mi pareja y para mi, y con todas las comodidades necesarias para ello tanto en cocina como, baño como el resto del alojamiento. Si tuviera que añadir algún punto sería un poco el ruido que había por la noche alrededor, niños corriendo y hablando, que al ser un bajo se notaba, pero es también normal dada la buena temperatura que hacía por las noches. Tampoco era hasta altas horas, alrededor de las 12-1 se silenciaba todo y las mañanas eran bastante tranquilas por lo que te permitía descansar. Por otro lado Juani ha sido un 10 como persona, en todo momento pendiente de nosotros, de nuestra llegada, salida y estancia, darte las gracias por la casa que tienes y sobretodo por el trato.

El porche y el jardín son muy agradables, los aprovechamos mucho. Una valla separa el jardín de las dos casas, pero se mantiene la sensación de privacidad. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos, situada en un camino a 5 min en coche de la Playa del Palmar. Equipada con lo necesario para estar agusto y poder cocinar para salir del paso. Está al lado de Conil y a unos 15 min de Vejer y Caños. Es necesario saber que hay un problema en la zona con la calidad del agua, hay que ir preparado con garrafas para beber y cocinar. La comunicación estupenda, se nota que les importa que estemos agusto.

Very nice place. Spacious and a great roof terrace with an amazing view! Close to the castle, Fernando was very clear in his communication as well. Will come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect little place for some time to relax by the sea. Great location super close to a number of beautiful beaches. Santi and Ana could not have been nicer. Would definitely recommend.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, in nur 2 Minuten ist man am Strand und in 5 Minuten mitten in der Altstadt mit tollen Restaurants. Der Ort ist perfekt, um zu entspannen und das Leben zu genießen. Besonders möchten wir den Gastgeber hervorheben – unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Estancia súper agradable. Vicen fue súper atenta desde antes de llegar y tuvimos una llegada muy flexible y cómoda. Nos sentimos como en casa en todo momento. El entorno muy tranquilo perfecto para desconectar. El alojamiento limpísimo y acogedor. Definitivamente lo recomiendo!

Ubicación buenísima para desconectar unos días, pasamos unos días geniales con nuestra pequeña y nuestra perrita. La atención de Oscar, el anfitrión, espectacular siempre pendiente y cuidando el detalle al máximo, un acierto seguro.

Estuvimos muy tranquilos, la playa a 10 minutos andando y los restaurantes muy cerca.... no tuvimos que mover el coche para nada. Vicen es una persona muy agradable. Nos enseñó el recinto con todos los detalles que tenía. Un descubrimiento muy bueno. Gracias. Seguro que volveremos.

Excellent séjour, logement tout chouchou, ultra propre, très bien équipé et décoré, literie très confortable, quartier calme et agréable. Petite terrasse à l'arrière parfaite pour le petit déjeuner avec le lever du soleil !! En tout point remarquable, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci Ana pour cette superbe location !
