We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful private villa. The place was exactly as describe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the stunning living room with a fully openable wall that overlooked the river and garden - like an indoor-outdoor lounge. It created a seamless connection with nature and was simply breathtaking. The 3BHK villa was spacious, clean, and came with a lovely pool. The caretaker and the chechi who stayed on-site to help with housekeeping and preparing quick meals were courteous and helpful, making our stay all the more comfortable. The location was serene and peaceful - ideal for unwinding.

Mr Jose and his team were great hosts. We stayed at their listing for 2 days and Mr. Jose and his associates visited us both days and made sure we were comfortable. The listing was beautiful with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Infinity swimming pool was the highlight. We found enough resturants on Zomato for both the days and also had lunch at a nearby Hotel. Appreciate the hospitality that was provided and the team's generous nature. Loved staying at the property and looking forward for more such stays in the future.

Great house, got everything what you need. Super clean, 3 air conditioned bedrooms, washer, dryer, full equipped kitchen, microwave, toaster, hot and cold water, refrigerator, safe, tv, high speed internet, bathtub, swimming pool, car parking and plenty of space to hang around. And the best thing is the host, Shino. He is always ready to help anytime. Actually I felt like I was staying at my brother's house. Very very nice people. Really enjoyed my one week stay. Awesome property surrounded by greenery the pool is amazing . we can spend a whole day just there only.. worth the money and the hosts were very helpful.

We took a private pool cottage with two bedrooms for our family of 5 including two kids. The cottage was neat, private and the pool was the right size for the kids. The pool was also maintained well. The food was homely and tasty and was reasonable price. There was a small water fall and a stream inside the property. They are still developing the property and it would have been nice to have. a small hike in the property with pathways through the cardamom plantations. They gave coupons for us to the nearby vagamon heights adventure park which was also great and did some activities there Vipin , the caretaker was always available on phone. He was very pleasant and always ready to help with all our needs. A great place for a family vacation

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb house and can’t recommend it enough. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The kitchen was fully stocked, perfect for preparing meals, and the backyard was a great spot to relax in the evenings. The host was incredibly welcoming, offering great local recommendations and quick to respond to any questions. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything I wanted to see, this place made my trip feel extra special.

Had an amazing stay at Jacob’s Inn for 2 weeks. Anisha was a very friendly and helpful host and provided clear instructions on what to do regarding check-in and other amenities. The place has towels and kitchen amenities which was very useful. All bedrooms had a good space and looked exactly like the pictures. All rooms have A/C and fans too which is a perfect bonus. Will gladly come stay here again. 10/10 would recommend if you are on holiday here with family for a week or so as it is close to the metro station, easily accessible and has many restaurants/services around it.

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi was strong, which was great for remote work. I truly appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and local recommendations left by the host. It felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our Stay at Riverdale Mansion was an superb experience. The House is so clean neat and tidy. The Co-host Mr. Rexon is very Helpful. Overall our Family Stay was very comfortable. Definitely Recommantable.

We are very happy with our stay in this location. The host and caretaker Mr Jerman were very responsive to all our needs. Mr Jerman provided a lot of guidance for any questions we had. It’s easy and convenient to travel anywhere from this house as Uber cars are always available .The house was cleaned regularly daily and fresh towels were provided. We found it easy to travel to the many places we visited . The Mall was nearby also. Once again thanks to Mr Sam and Mr Jerman .

A peaceful and green property featuring a lovely jackfruit tree, which added to the charm of the surroundings. The host was polite and responsive, attending to our queries throughout the stay. The house is thoughtfully set up with basic amenities and ensures a sense of safety for guests. It offers ample space indoors, making it suitable for a large family or group to relax comfortably. The location is conveniently connected to the main town. Do note, however, that the property is situated in a narrow lane—though easily accessible—If you come with the car, ample parking space is available just outside(main road) and is safe. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property! The location is unbeatable — we spent most of our time on the beach, enjoying the beautiful sunsets right outside the door. It's a perfect spot for both families and groups of friends. The place is clean, comfortable, and having parking available was definitely a big plus. Me and my friends stayed at Amruth’s property this weekend. “The Hide” was a great place for us to chill and unwind. It’s a cozy little bungalow perfect for friends. The rooms were very comfortable and welcoming . The bathroom was spotless and very well maintained. The location is very ideal to get around Cochin and with a nice parking space, we were able to safely leave our car at the property. Above all the host Amruth and the caretaker Mr Mukesh were extremely helpful and friendly and made our weekend considerably more pleasant. Me and my friends had a wonderful stay and will definitely love to have Amruth host us again when we come to Cochin.

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.
