You have direct access to the slopes, cycling and hiking. Sip in the breathtaking views, enjoy the extensively equipped kitchen, and chill out with the many board games plus Netflix on the 65 inch TV. Enjoy and lit the central fireplace anytime you wish. Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

Charming chalet with view of Gravedona and Lake Como. Surrounded by greenery, it's ideal for two or three people. At ground floor we have kitchen and living room with sofa bed, fireplace, and an outdoor area with barbecue and table for eating and chill. Upstairs, there are: bedroom, bathroom and two terraces. There is a public parking under the house and a private 50mt. far from the house. The chalet is located in Segna.

Nature galore, many great dining opportunities, Ski slopes for kids available. For the Christmas period there is a rebate for 13 days booking of 20%/day for the entire time. Also timing is negotiable.
