Fantastic location private lakefront property

Amazing open-plan cottage, 90 sqm. Completely renovated 2022-24 with new modern bright kitchen, granite counters, dishwasher, induction stove with oven, microwave. Wooden floors in spruce and tiles in the winter insulated conservatory. New bathroom,floor heating, washing machine. Sea plot with its own fishing waters included - with throwing rod or fishing rod. Wood-fired hot tub directly on the lake. Large lovely wooden decks, by the house as well as directly by the lake, with new garden furniture. Possibility to rent a canoe and rowing boat and borrow 2 bikes.

A quiet environment with a variety of activities.

Welcome to Klavreström. A working environment with long ancestry. The house you rent is about 25 meters away from our dwelling house. It is a wonderful environment with proximity to ICA, golf (9-hole course) located on the other side of our lake. Fishing, amazing mountain bike roads, visit our amazing glassworks and Europe's longest Zip-Line track located on the north side of the lake. The house is located a stone's throw from the lake where you have access to a boat. Here everything is quiet and quiet - perfect if you want to enjoy and stress out.

Soldattorp / jaktstuga

Move back to the 1800s, stay simple but comfortably in a soldier's cottage in the middle of the woods but proximity to the lake. The toilets that are available are dry toilets, electricity is available through solar cells and batteries as well as generator. Heat is provided by burning or using gas heaters. Water is available through hand pump inside and outside. Possibility to go down to lake swimming lake where also canoe is available to use. As well as lots of forest and land to discover. wind turbines are nearby but do not disturb.

Spacious house next to nice hiking trails

With the county's best hiking trails around the corner and views towards Kojtasjön, this spacious house is located outside Vislanda. The house has three proper bedrooms and there is an opportunity to expand the sleeping areas with two more sofa beds. Charming details that testify to the deep roots of the Småland countryside there are plenty and here you get to experience a holiday that provides plenty of time for recovery, with long walks and dinners overlooking the lake. And maybe a ride in the canoe by the beach?

Great location in lakefront forest

The cottage "Sjöbranten" is surrounded by trees down to a lake. There are no visible neighbors so here you can enjoy the quiet tranquility of the forest. Private bathing jetty with rowboat, inflatable kayaks, paddle board and assorted bath animals. Terrace from where the lake view can be enjoyed The house is not luxurious but spacious, cozy and located incredibly lovely. 7 beds in 3 bedrooms and 4 extra beds in unheated annex. Note: The bathroom floor has set, which means that baths must be put in the bathtub

Idyllic accommodation directly by the beach and the forest around the corner. The cabin is an older log house that has recently been rebuilt and built in this way meets old with new. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with lake view, two bedrooms, toilet and small workspace. On the lower floor is a small but functional kitchen, living room, and glass porch. Sauna, shower, wc, living room and sleeping loft for two are in the guest house right next door. Wood-fired hot tub is available to use.

This countryside homestead is about 21 km from Växjö city/Smaland Airport by Helgasjön in the heart of Småland. The place is quite aside and there are only two summerhouses up the road. In a distance of 6 km you will find a Supermarket, Pizzeria, Pharmacy and Gasstation. The studio is private and has a nice view of the forest and the lake. The area is peaceful, quiet and has a relaxing atmosphere. A patio is there for your private use and its facing the sun all afternoon. Free canoe to use.

House Fridhem is located 30 meters from lake Furen in the old village Härlöv in the middle of the idyllic countryside in Småland in Sweden. The house is completely renovated with the old style from year 1930 preserved while including all the modern comforts and internet/satellite TV. The house is on two levels and has an open plan kitchen and living room and a toilet on the second floor and another dining room with 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Free use of the boat, canoe and bicycles.
