Stay in a quiet residential neighborhood with a private entrance! Approximately 20 square meters large bright and fresh room in the basement of our house. The city center is about a 15-minute walk and also Grand Samarkand (large shopping center). Public transport, about 300 meters from the accommodation. There is a kitchenette with tiles, oven, fan and refrigerator, like the photo. Private toilet and shower in adjoining rooms. Sheets and towels are included. Guests clean up and remove sheets from the bed. Dogs are in the home, but never stay in the basement.

Newly built (2022) studio of 33m2 that has most of what you need. A 140cm bed in private sleeping alcove + 160cm comfortable sofa bed available. Terrace, parking and barbecue grill included. The property is located in scenic Öjaby in Växjö with only 400 meters to lake with beach. In the area there are playgrounds, swimming, hiking trails, bakery and kayak rental. 3,5 km to Växjö airport and about 6 km to the train station and Växjö city center. Furnished one-room apartment of 20 m2 with views of Lake Växjö and only 5 minutes walk to the city center and the station. Cycling to the University takes no more than 10 minutes and to the hospital on the other side of the lake only 5 minutes. The apartment is bright with parquet floors, has a fully equipped kitchenette, private toilet and shower directly adjacent to the apartment. Access to garden in the southwest with beautiful views/evening sun over Lake Växjö. You can quickly and easily get down to the lake for a walk, a swim or a restaurant visit.
