Family-friendly holiday rentals in Vauvenargues

Véronique is an exceptional host, we were treated to a small snack on arrival followed by a homemade aperitif. We had dinner and brunch the next morning, which we highly recommend, everything was very good and homemade. We took advantage of the pool and the idyllic setting for our first vacation with our 5-month-old baby. Thank you so much for hosting us and your kindness.

We had a wonderful stay with our family with 3 young children at Magali. The house is very spacious and the shady veranda is wonderful on hot days. The area is quiet with beautiful views of the mountains. Le Colorado de Provence and the Saturday market of Apt are recommended to visit and are close by. The swimming pool is fantastic and very suitable for young children to play in. Magali is friendly and gave us good tips. Thank you Magali!

Great location, clean, as described and easy to access. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, restaurants are also within walking distance. The accommodation is great, the terrace and its jacuzzi very appreciable. The small touches for breakfast and the bottle of wine are the icing on the cake.

We couldn't enjoy your beautiful garden due to lack of time and it's a great pity! A coffee, a walk, a moment of tranquility or reading takes on a much better flavor in such a beautiful and peaceful environment. Everything was perfect. Very clean accommodation, very well prepared for our arrival, and even a small tractor provided for our son. Thank you for your hospitality, we felt at home. Happy hosting.

We had a great stay at the cottage "Les lavandes". The accommodation is tastefully decorated, clean and well-equipped. The bedding is comfortable and the "air conditioning" works very well. It was very useful to us! Danielle and Eric are very welcoming and the little attention on our arrival made us very happy. The accommodation is very well located and close to the seaside. Very pleasant stay, the neighborhood is really quiet. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped but some difficulties to light the plancha! Otherwise, the terrace and jacuzzi are superb.

In a necessarily imperfect world, I look for the 1% that could lower the rating of this stay in Marseille, but it is impossible to find it. We are therefore approaching perfection. Despite a short stay, we were welcomed as if we were family with special culinary touches and a fridge providing all kinds of drinks. The location is ideal for those who like this area of Marseille. The garden-level accommodation of Evelyne and Dominique's house is superbly equipped, nothing is missing. The bedding is very high quality, which is really important to us. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the mountain, it is in the shade at the end of the afternoon which allows you to fully enjoy it in the evening when it is hot. Moreover, regarding the heat, we arrived during a heatwave and the accommodation was quite acceptable to live in already without the air conditioning. With a little air conditioning (which is silent) it's great.

Arlette and Jef are responsive, welcoming and friendly hosts. Always available, it's a real pleasure! I highly recommend it!

It is a beautiful accommodation surrounded by the countryside and wheat fields. In addition, the pool is beautiful and allows you to rest after a day of sightseeing. Finally, Aix En Provence is only 15 minutes away by car.

What a charming and authentic Provençal stay! Gerard was very welcoming and even provided us with farm fresh eggs, oranges to make fresh pressed juice in the mornings. The vineyards and olive trees were a beautiful site to wake up to each morning. We enjoyed walking into the village for dinner. We strongly recommend this amazing place.

This house was beautiful. Our family group (4 kids and 4 adults) had a great time in the house. There was plenty of room, lots of places to sit and have privacy but also several choices to all sit as a family for meals or talking. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to get to. The rooms were very nice and the pool was wonderful. The kitchen was also very nice for preparing meals with everyone we needed. We would 100% stay here again and recommend Elisa and Gerard as hosts.

Wonderful location directly overlooking the beach sea 1 minute away. Very nice seawater pool, very large terrace, shaded garden, bbq, pizza oven. Shops and restaurants nearby, old port accessible with the sea shuttle from the port of Pointe Rouge. The cabin is nice, amazing sea view from the kitchen/living room. Books about local history and the calanques. Large master bedroom with storage. children's room ok with bunk bed. Roland is very good advice and very nice, he lent us a paddle board, beach towels etc! we'll be back

Perfect stay for two families with kids. We loved cooking and enjoying the three dining areas. Two outside, one indoor patio with fireplace close to kitchen, the other balcony views and the indoor dining room for breakfast was perfect. The multiple rooms on different floors, all comfortable and quiet. The property is gorgeous and easy to get to town. For runners, it is only about a 10 minute jog to the local bakery and coffee shop. Quick drive to get anything we needed and convenient location for our day trips around Provence. We would absolutely recommend this place and return again and again.

We had a beautiful stay at Christian and Anne’s place. We travelled with two couples, a toddler and a baby and the space was great for us. Ansouis is a quiet village with a great bakery and restaurant but within close driving distance of other villages to explore too! The pool was a great addition and we enjoyed dining in the outdoor space. Christian and Anne were really responsive with all communications and super flexible with check in and out! Great get-away villa in middle of beautiful Provence, France. 3 double- rooms with no clutter, each with a bathroom and separate toilet, clean and a large swimming pool, comfortably cool inside the house in hot summer weather, spacious kitchen and cozy outdoor living space. The location is countryside, with closest small typical Provence town 3 km away. We so much enjoyed the calm peaceful life under large front yard trees that provide you with shade from hot sun. The owners are the best - assisting when needed recommendations, invisible when we had rest with our kids in the front yard. All popular towns accessible by 10-30 min drive. Lovely stay in the heart of Provence. We felt very welcomed at Christophes beautiful house. It is very well equipped and the salt water pool is definitely a highlight. We would love to come back and can only recommend this stay.

Beautiful villa in a stunning location! We had a wonderful week at Villa Beaurecueil. The villa is very well equipped and tastefully decorated with a lovely pool and outdoor area. The location is a stunning area and within short driving distance of nearby shops and Aix-En-Provence. Rachel and Alistair are lovely and helpful hosts. 100% recommend and we hope to return one day!

Very good location for hiking to Sainte Victoire, and relaxing afterwards in an accommodation where nothing is missing, quality shower and kitchen, top gas barbecue; Quiet, the view is nice, several comfort points in the garden to be in complete privacy. The swimming pool in addition The hosts are caring and discreet, while they live next door. Recommended!
