In less than 2 hours you can reach the pearls of Skåne, both the Kulla Peninsula and Österlen. Once at home, light the grill and enjoy, on the secluded patio or get to the local pizzeria/jour shop (1km).

Here you live newly renovated with an orangery as kitchen and living room. The accommodation is located in quiet, older blocks a few minutes walk from Lund C, the cathedral, university, city park, sports ground, etc. It is fine for a family 4-6 people or colleagues on the business trip. There are three bedrooms on the lower floor and two spacious bathrooms with toilet & shower as well as a separate small toilet with sink. Adjacent to the orangery there is a patio. Good wifi. Parking in the area (6 SEK/hour daytime, Sunday no fee).

Enjoy your holiday in a rural location with the animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as accessories for morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connection to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noises can occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. Saxtorpsskogens naturreservat når man på 5 minuter till fots. Järavallens strövområde ligger några kilometer bort. Saxtorpssjöarna med badmöjligheter ligger bara 5 minuter bort med bil. Känd golfbana finns i närheten. 30 minuter med bil till både Malmö, Lund och Helsingborg. 10 minuter med bil till Landskrona.

Good location between Helsingborg and Malmö. 6 km from E6an Landskrona south. 1 km to Asmundtorp, 3 km to Hælarps station with trains to Lund, Malmö, Landskrona, Helsingborg etc. Beautiful, fresh and comfortable accommodation. Lawn and patio outside its own entrance. Parking space and free wifi. Small kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The Guest house is very private with sundeck and its own garden and parking. The 50 square metres has two beds; one 160 cm and 80 cm bedchair. SMART TV and wifi is included. Smoking is OK on sundeck and in the garden but not indoors. 300 meter to kiosk/pizzeria, 1000 meter to Medley swim hall, Coop, ICA, padel court and train station (8 min to Lund C, 16 min to Lomma Beach, 25 min to Malmö C, 25 min to Helsingborg C and 70 min to Copenhagen).

Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop, Lomma Storgata, is about 400 m from the house.
