Amazing place! WHAT TO EXPECT? A comfortable house, for 6 people easily. Comfortable bedrooms. The apartment is close to beautiful waterfalls, and inside the condominium there is a private waterfall, a restaurant, swimming pools, and saunas. Quiet place. I'll definitely be back.

The house is very beautiful and it was extremely clean. Impeccable kitchen with plenty of utensils, including for barbecue. Bathrooms with good size and everything working perfectly. We'll definitely be back.

We'll be in accordance with the listing. The condominium's restaurant (Thursday to Sunday) is the accommodation's differential, good food, great value. We only missed the washing machine, but nothing that compromised our stay. We thank Mr. José for the stay.

My stay at Rubens' property in Itaipava was excellent! The environment was impeccably clean and very well cared for. The location is great, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of the region. The condominium's amenities perfectly met expectations — everything was very organized and functional. The bed and bath linens were clean and fragrant, providing even more comfort during the stay. A special detail was the treat left for guests, showing affection and attention to detail. I recommend and would be back for sure!

Excellent apartment (penthouse). Well located, in the best condominium in Itaipava, with all leisure infrastructure and close to all commerce. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. All rooms have TV and great bed and bath linens. Fully equipped kitchen with top quality dishes. I highly recommend it!

Victor's place is like the listing. Quiet, cozy place, provided pleasant days. Mr. Geraldo welcomed us very well. I recommend requesting the location of the property for him because the GPS takes a not very good road and there is a very good path that arrives at the property. Very helpful and polite host. The house is very wide and with a very serene energy, very good to sleep in the silence and wake up with the singing of the birds. My kids loved the pool. Carol and Julio are excellent hosts. all the conversation before the rental, all the support in the delivery of the keys and during the stay were exemplary. The house was in perfect condition to welcome guests and the pampering that Carol and Julio left were very nice. The location of the house is very good. very close to the Center. The look of the house is excellent with toucans, jacus and maritacas visiting the gardens every morning and evening. The pool is a very good size and the wifi in the house is good. There are two en-suites and a third bathroom in the same hallway as the bedrooms. Large living room, well-decorated house, new linen and towels. Beyond the pampering we get. We are all delighted with the place. a house with good astral, old, but renovated, cozy and in direct contact with nature and a garden with lots of plants for those who like quiet, scenic beauty, direct contact with nature and without opening the comfort, and a good leisure structure the house of Carol and Julio is a great thing. We were your first guests, and I think they started very well on Airbnb! Adjustments always fit, but if the first impression is the one that stays, Carol and Julio are excellent hosts and the house is really nice.
