The house is very large and extremely clean. It is located in a high place and has a very beautiful view. If you're staying in the winter, bring some nice warm blankets! Carol and Roberta were very helpful. We hope to return at another time.

House matches the ad, the pool is very beautiful, too bad the cold weather did not let us enjoy it, but it was very clean, the surroundings very quiet, a safe street, the hostess responded quickly and was always very available to help, house close to local tourist spots! We went as 4 adults and a baby and we were very comfortable! We will definitely stay there again on another trip to the city!

All necessary utensils available. The only bad thing is that there's nothing nearby. And it's far from the center of Miguel Pereira, which was my goal. But if it weren't for the distance, or if the person is going to rest, it will be a 100% perfect trip! I highly recommend it!

Our experience, both mine and my partner's, was simply wonderful. Since first contact, Sanderson proved an extremely polite, thoughtful and helpful host, always available to help us and concerned with making sure our stay was perfect. The place is a real refuge. A simple space, but one that is conquered by welcoming, impeccable organization and an atmosphere of peace that is difficult to describe. One of the great highlights is the waterfall that crosses the terrain, a spectacle of nature that makes the environment even more magical. To sleep listening to the sound of running water and to be able to enjoy moments of rest surrounded by nature was an experience we will not forget. We feel totally at home, with comfort, cleanliness and that tasty sense of well-being. Sanderson was impeccable in his hospitality.

I really liked Fazenda Nova Conceição, a very good place to stay in peace and tranquility with nature. Super attentive and very polite Reginaldo e Célia. The simple but very good house to spend the time, great bed, perfect wifi and the kitchen has it all. We use the barbecue, enjoy the place, with swimming pool, lake and trail. Reginaldo offered us lemon and tangerine from the trees there. We really like it. We'll be back for sure.

Quiet Local, large house as described on the listing. Cool outdoor area with court, soccer field, swimming pool and sauna. Kitchen with worn-out appliances, but catering. The house is old and needs some maintenance. But my family spent super pleasant days in this house, with lots of fun and joy. Improved points: repair the fence of the vollei court, upgrade the appliances, offer bedding and pillows ( even if optional).

The accommodation was excellent, we really felt at home, the house has an excellent space with everything very organized and clean, we like the external space very much, where our pets could play without problems in very well surrounded space, outside the place to be very quiet, see nature, listen to the sound of the wind at the end of the day, it was very relaxing for me and my wife, for those who like quiet places, it is an excellent choice!! On the inside the house is also very comfortable, having a good well-equipped kitchen, tv in the living room and in the bedroom, excellent bathroom with a hot shower!! I have nothing to complain about and we will definitely return at a new opportunity, the cities of Paty and Miguel are very interesting and yield good days of rest and enjoyment!! Marciele received us very well and made us very comfortable, in addition to having a memory that we like very much! It was a great holiday!

It was an excellent stay, in a wonderful condominium, the host Priscila was always attentive, explained everything very well, the house was very clean and organized, it perfectly accommodates the number of people that is allowed, I highly recommend it.

We went with 16 people and everyone was well accommodated in the 8 suites! We went to enjoy the tomato festival, but the highlight was the ranch... lol Perfect stay! Everything super clean and organized! The place is exactly as the listing! Everything was working: (toto, pool, barbecue.... and let's highlight the showers in the suites... sensational....) Oops... I can't forget the lake... We have a little boat that we use to take several photos.... The children were thrilled to be able to fish in the lake... Just gratitude!!

If you're looking for a place to rest and get closer to nature, Luiz's site is a good choice. I went with my family to spend the Easter period and it was very satisfying. No phone signal will reach you. But the internet is very good and it accounted for the need for work that accompanied me on this trip. The house has a beautiful and huge outdoor area. There are independent accesses to different points of the space. The fully equipped kitchens made it easy because we didn't go out to explore the region. The rooms are not large, but it wasn't something that got in the way. We were unable to use the pool due to low temperature. The place is perfect for those traveling with pets. My SRD loved. We only miss a TV in the bedroom area. There is only that of the dining room and for large groups, difficult to reconcile everyone's desire. In addition, we took two days of rain, and it was bad to have to ‘get out’ to have this leisure. And it is worth highlighting Márcia e Biro, extremely considerate and kind!

Simply perfect! My experience in this cottage was surreal, it exceeded all expectations. The house is extremely cozy, super well equipped — there is absolutely nothing missing. You can see the affection and care in every detail. Everything is very clean, organized, and thought out to make the stay impeccable. The environment is completely private, quiet and surrounded by nature. The peace that this place conveys is indescribable. You don't even notice that there are neighbors nearby, such is the privacy. And the view… I swear, it's breathtaking. One of the most beautiful landscapes I've ever seen, and I've traveled a lot. It's the kind of scenery you can't get enough of admiring - whether it's at sunrise, sunset, or just relaxing and looking out. It was an incredible experience. Murilo is a 10, very special and that will certainly remain in my memory. I already want to go back! I highly recommend it to those seeking rest, connection with nature, comfort and privacy.

The place is exactly as in the photos, it accommodated me, my husband and my 18-month-old baby very well. Everything is extremely clean, bed and bath linens are so fragrant!!!! Perfect location, we did everything on foot even with my baby, almost next door there is a good bakery for coffee and downstairs there is a great pizzeria, super approved pizza! And despite having an establishment downstairs, the apartment is super quiet, we don't hear anything from the street, very peaceful. We left the car on the street of the police station, which is almost in front of the entrance of the building, also very quiet. Beatriz, a dear, answered everything with attention, clarity and sympathy, always very fast! Surely when we return we already know where to stay! I highly recommend it!!!!

I loved the place! The house had everything, even a pressure cooker. It was clean, organized and very well decorated. Very cozy. We used all the rooms in the house. We left the car on the street and had no problems or fear. The barbecue is next to the pool and has a beautiful sunset. We spend more time at home than on the street because we like it so much. The space has gates for the pets and a space just for them. It was very worth it!!!
