Fall in love with the stunning landscape that surrounds this place to stay. The villa is located on the shore of the Sirkkalampi by the beautiful clear water. It's about 17km from downtown. The cottage has running cold and hot water. The water is drinkable. Also an indoor toilet and shower. Wood sauna with a beautiful view of the pond. There are kitchen furnishings like a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water, and coffee maker. There's also a washer. Sunlight comes to the cabin throughout the day.

Studio in a quiet area in Niinivaara

A clean 21sqm studio apartment located on the edge of the park in a quiet detached house area of Niinivaara. However, the building is located on the same plot as a detached house and at its own entrance. Nearby you can find: hospital services 1,4km, S-market (open 24/7) 700m, pharmacy, restaurants and ski trails/jogging trails start from the backyard. The guest has a bicycle available. Welcome to have a clean, well maintained one-bedroom apartment! The entire apartment (37 m²) is at your disposal. For a car in this area, rare free parking with a heating pole in the yard. In the apartment you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. It has a well-equipped kitchen. To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. The apartment has an air source heat pump, so the nights go cool in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Log cabin by a clear water lake

Small log cabin with spectacular lake views. There is an extendable bed (2x80cm) in the cabin, as well as a kitchenette (running cold water). Sheets and towels provided. Electricity. Rent includes private use of a spacious wood burning sauna by the lake, about 2h per day (sauna also used by the owners). You can book your slot at arrival. Access to hot water in sauna (heated by wood). Dry toilet next to the sauna. Use of a rowing boat. Cabin is located 50 meters from the house of the owners.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Welcome to a unique boat house by a clear water lake! The boat house is equipped with modern appliances. Long deck by the water, summer kitchen, balcony on top of water, rowing boat, wood-fired sauna - all this is waiting for you in Ukonniemi. Boat house is excellent for remote work too as it is equipped so that all you need to bring along is your laptop. We are located on a northern Ukonniemi vineyard. You can explore nature and lake Pyhäjärvi during your stay!

In a separate building in your own room, you can stay in peace and avoid human contact if you want. You'll have access to a 120cm wide bed, kph/toilet, microwave, refrigerator, coffee and kettle, small set of dishes, and coffee and tea. On request, hot plate + eight. Located in the countryside, near the city, along the highway, less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Joensuu. Parking is also possible by truck (please let us know in advance).
