Waterfront holiday rentals in Varna

The appartment is just perfect! Probably the best Airbnb appartment we have ever stayed in. Spotless clean and highly comfortable with nice balcony and well equipped kitchen. We had everything we could wish except for the dishwasher tablets that were hard to find in the Golden Sands supermarkets (in the end we bought them in Varna). The location is great- a pool and a beach is just two minutes walking distance away. (The pool takes a fee for using sunbeds and umbrellas. We paid 15 BGN for two sunbeds and an umbrella). Lots of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

The house is quite small for a family like us with 4 people and a small dog but if your purpose is to be the most day at sea (2 minutes distance from the house) or walk is perfect. The host was more than perfect that we asked him helped us and served us. The only thing to note is that there is a problem with parking in general in the area is mainly with payment and it is not very easy to find a spot. Anything to do with Asparuh and his house, however, everything was fine.

The apartment was exactly as described and as shown in photos. Amazing views, central location with everything you need really close by. We were lucky as most of the neighboring apartments were not occupied, so it was really quiet and private for such a central location. We really enjoyed the terrace, where we watched sunrises and sometimes even dolphins!

I had a wonderful stay at Beach House Kabakum. The cottage is so cosy, stylish, and just a few steps from the beach, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I loved the boho decor and all the little touches that made it feel like home. It had everything I needed, and the sea view was such a treat to wake up to. The location is peaceful but still close to Varna if you want to explore. It’s great for couples, small families, or anyone wanting to unwind by the sea. I really appreciated that it’s pet-friendly as well, such a plus! Would definitely love to come back and stay longer!

Great Location and really comfy place. The whirpool was not functional and we were informed in a timely manner. We proceeded with the reservation anyway, mostly because of the location. We had a very pleasent stay and we were able to celebrate New Year directly in the center of Varna. Easy to recommend.

As always it is a pleasure to stay in the apartament. We have usually get 2 weeks staying in this apartament and it is fantastic. Brian is always responsive which all our needs. I hardly wait to come again. Thank you for all and thank you for the great apartment!

A great spacious 1 bed flat in the heart of Varna, a little noisy at night if you are sensitive to noise, but otherwise perfect for a city break

We had a great time in Byala. The apartment was as described and 3 minutes from the beach. The description was accurate and the pictures reflect reality. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance (300-500m). A plus is the pool in the complex which was never crowded. pro tip: we found a wild beach in Obzor, 20 min by car. search for: Плаж "Смирките ЮГ on maps.

Great place to stay. Very quiet, cozy and private, and the terrace is huge with a gorgeous view, creating a sense of space as well. It is equipped with everything you need for normal daily life. The location is super, there is everything you need around, and if needed it is a few minutes away from two stops through which you can get anywhere in the city. My stay was off summer season and I was pleasantly surprised that the temperature was super and not cold. Parking around is relatively easy, and if you are with a small car can also park in the yard, but it was difficult for me as it requires maneuvers and I am not a good driver. Theo is very hospitable, explains everything in detail, is proactive and cares constantly if everything is ok and reacts promptly to any request. I recommend.
